Hello & Welcome to My World!
It’s not perfect—far from it—but it’s full of grace, growth, and God’s goodness. My hope is to encourage you by sharing my passion for all things Faith, Family, and Fitness.

I want to invite you on a journey of faith, endurance, and joy—a journey Jesus led me into when I stepped into so many things I once said “never” to. Along the way, I discovered that God’s plans for our lives are overflowing with purpose, peace, and everlasting love.

If you’re a mom, longing to be one, or simply curious about what it means to know Jesus and live out your God-given potential—you’re in the right place.

Here, I pray to impart powerful truths that will change your mind, renew your heart, and transform your life as you discover just how simple and sweet it is to follow Jesus.

And if you’re in a season of discouragement, feeling stuck, or struggling as a mom or wife—please hear this: you are not alone. The Lord will lead you, sustain you, and bring you through.

Remember, friend—ALL things are possible with God!

September was definitely a month to remember. 🤍

A month of disconnecting from the noise to be present with the ones who matter most.

A month of seeking the Lord and hearing from Him about some very specific things.

A month of endings—and beautiful new beginnings.

A month where we met seemingly bad news WITH THE GOOD NEWS instead 💖🙌🏽

But more than anything, September was another chapter in what God has been teaching me these past few months: what it actually means to enter into His rest.

To stop striving to earn or become something Christ has already finished on our behalf, and instead learn to live from His finished work.

The simplicity of the Gospel has changed our lives forever. There is so much power in truly understanding what Jesus has already accomplished and what He has made available because of it.

And I think this is what I want the rest of my life to look like—resting, receiving, and learning to live from a place of all that Christ has already finished.

There’s so much from this past month that I’ll share in time, but for now, I’m just deeply grateful for what God is revealing, for what He’s doing in our family, and for all that He’s still unfolding.

September, you were one for the books. 🤍

Today wasn’t just a baby shower. 🤍

It was getting to stand in the middle of something I prayed for years ago.

For years, I prayed for these sweet friends as they waited, hoped, prayed, and believed for a family. I remember even feeling like God gave me a picture in my heart of them with children one day.

And today… I got to celebrate their SECOND miracle baby. 🥹 A sweet baby girl joining her big brother.

There was something about seeing my friend standing there pregnant, surrounded by people celebrating this little life, that just made me think…

God, You are so good. You are so faithful.

And I know there may be someone watching this who is still in the waiting.

Maybe you’ve prayed for a child for years. Maybe you’ve experienced heartbreak along the way. Maybe hoping again feels hard.

I won’t pretend to know God’s timing or exactly how every story will unfold. But I do know who He is.

He is faithful.
He hears you.
He sees you.
And He is more than able. 🤍

I’ve had the privilege of praying for friends and family through years of waiting—and then watching prayers we prayed through tears become testimonies we celebrated with tears of joy.

So if you’re still waiting, keep bringing that desire to Him. Keep believing.

Today I got to stand inside an answered prayer.

And I couldn’t be happier for my beautiful friends and the TWO precious little lives they once prayed for. 🥹🤍

God, You are faithful.

I’m realizing I don’t need to understand everything to receive the peace Jesus already gave me. 🤍

Ephesians 2 made something so simple come alive to me:

We were separated from God.
Jesus came.
Jesus did the work.
Jesus removed what separated us.
Jesus made peace.
And now, through Him, we have access to the Father.

That’s it.

I’m not sharing this because I have Scripture all figured out. Quite the opposite. I’m realizing how little I know.

But these small glimpses of truth are bringing so much peace, hope and joy into my life that I can’t help but share them as I’m learning them.

“For He Himself is our peace.” — Ephesians 2:14

My circumstances don’t have to change for me to have peace today.

Because my circumstances were never my peace.

Jesus is. 🤍

They weren’t kidding when they said Pilates is humbling 🤣.

I’ve worked out most of my life, but postpartum has taught me that you can’t expect your body to feel the same overnight. Your strength, balance, endurance, and even your confidence can all feel different—and that’s okay.

I’m learning that getting stronger again isn’t about proving what I used to be able to do. It’s about patiently building a new kind of strength, one day at a time.

That’s what I’m loving about Pilates. It’s slow, intentional, challenging, and somehow every tiny movement reminds me that strength is being built—even when it doesn’t feel flashy.

So if you’re a postpartum mama or you’re just starting something new, don’t be discouraged if it feels hard. Give yourself grace. Keep showing up. You’ll find your rhythm, and you’ll be stronger than you think.

Cheers to all the women who are starting over, trying something new, and refusing to quit. 🤍

I’d love to hear from you: Have you ever tried Pilates? Or what’s something new in this season that’s been humbling you? ✨

Sometimes people call moms superheroes.

I understand why.

We carry so much. We wear a hundred different hats. We pour ourselves out day after day—even on the days when it feels like there’s nothing left to give.

But the older I get, the more I realize something…

I’m not the hero of my story.

Jesus is.

When I think about every moment I’ve held my children while feeling physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted… I know it wasn’t my own strength that carried me.

It was His.

He carried me as I carried them.

Every ounce of patience.
Every moment of wisdom I didn’t naturally have.
Every reminder to apologize when I failed.
Every fresh start.
Every mercy that met me in my weakness.

It has all been grace.

There was a time when I was afraid of becoming a stay-at-home mom. I believed the lie that somehow my life would become smaller.

Instead, God wrote a story far more beautiful than the one I would’ve written for myself.

Motherhood has become one of the greatest gifts He’s ever entrusted to me.

And lately, the Lord has been stirring something unexpected in my heart…

A comic book.

It all started after turning one of my photos into this comic-style image. Looking at it, I couldn’t shake the thought that stories have a way of revealing truth—and what greater story is there than the One where Christ is the true Hero?

I’m still praying through what this project will become, but I’m excited to follow wherever He leads.

If there’s one thing I hope my life points to, it’s this:

Not “Look what I did.”

But…

Look what God’s grace has done.

“Not I, but Christ.” (Galatians 2:20)

Soli Deo Gloria. ❤️

A few days ago, I posted a screenshot of the free 30-day Pilates challenge I’m starting and said, “I want to look like this, so I’m starting my Pilates journey.” 😅

If I’m honest… yes, I still care about how I look. I want to feel confident in my body, be healthy, and look my best for myself and my husband. But more than that, I want a body that’s strong enough for the life God has given me.

I want the energy to chase my kids, carry my baby, play without feeling exhausted, and hopefully still be doing all of that years from now. Health isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about having the strength, endurance, and mobility to fully enjoy this season of life and the years ahead.

After having my fourth baby, I got back into fitness with a challenge, but somewhere between changing sleep schedules, summer routines, and life with a toddler and a baby, I found myself in a bit of a rut.

I’ve always loved having a challenge to work toward, and since I’ve never consistently done Pilates, this felt like the perfect next step. I’ve heard amazing things about combining strength training with Pilates for core strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and overall longevity—and honestly, those are all areas I want to improve.

Day 1? 😂 Let’s just say… I was wobbling, losing my balance, and quickly realized I should’ve worn a different outfit. I could also feel how much my recent eating habits and inconsistency have affected my body. It was humbling… but also motivating.

I’m excited to see how my body changes—not just physically, but in the way it moves, feels, and functions.

For all my Pilates girls… I’d love your best tips! What do you wish you knew when you first started? Who are your favorite instructors? What benefits have you noticed?

And if you’re curious about the FREE progressive 30-day Pilates challenge I’m doing on YouTube, comment “Pilates” below, and I’ll send you the link! 🤍

Day 1 of becoming a morning family. ☀️

For a lot of people, waking up at 7:45 isn’t early. For our family, it definitely is. 😅

With school starting September 1st, I knew we couldn’t just flip a switch and suddenly start waking up at 6:30 every morning. I honestly had no idea how to make that transition smoothly.

I thought the answer was simple: go to bed earlier, then wake up earlier.

Turns out, it’s actually the opposite. The wake-up time is what helps reset your body’s schedule, and the earlier bedtime naturally follows. That was such a lightbulb moment for me.

So today we started. We got everyone up, went straight outside for a family walk, and the morning sunlight made such a difference. The kids weren’t thrilled at first 😂, but once we were outside, everyone felt more awake, and it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the day.

My hope isn’t just to survive early mornings—it’s to build a healthier rhythm for our whole family. Better sleep, calmer mornings, more time together, and eventually I’d love to be up before the kids again, like I used to be.

I’m really grateful I didn’t have to figure out the transition on my own.

Now I’m curious…
How has ChatGPT (or AI in general) made life easier for your family? Whether it’s routines, meal planning, homeschooling, budgeting, or something completely different, I’d genuinely love to hear your ideas!

A few months ago, I probably wouldn’t have made a video like this.

Not because I didn’t love Jesus.

But because I didn’t want to push people away, and honestly, I didn’t yet understand just how powerful the gospel is in our everyday lives.

My heart has always been to encourage people. To inspire them. To help them live healthier, stronger, and more joyful lives.

That hasn’t changed.

What’s changed is that I’ve realized I have nothing greater to offer than Jesus.

I spent years trying to share things that were helpful. But the greatest peace I’ve found didn’t come from better habits, more discipline, or trying harder.

It came from understanding what Jesus accomplished on the cross and who I am because of Him.

As I’ve been renewing my mind to the gospel and my identity in Christ, I’ve watched peace, joy, freedom, and confidence begin to overflow into every area of my life.

How could I keep that to myself?

There’s a verse in Acts where a man asks Peter for money, and Peter says, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give to you…” (Acts 3:6).

I feel that so deeply.

I may not have all the answers. I may not have everything this world says is valuable.

But I have Jesus.

And if He has given me a peace that I spent years searching for everywhere else, why wouldn’t I share Him?

I know this message isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay.

But if you’re tired of striving…

If you’ve accomplished things and you’re still wondering why your soul isn’t at rest…

If you’re looking for the kind of peace that doesn’t depend on your circumstances…

I truly believe what you’re looking for is found in Jesus.

This is why you’ll hear me talk about Him more.

Because there is no greater gift I have to share than the One who gave everything for me.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes…” — Romans 1:16 ❤️

Zero guilt. Zero shame. Zero punishment.

This workout isn’t me trying to “make up” for the ice cream, cereal, or extra carbs.

It’s simply me caring for the body God has given me.

There was a time when I would have walked into the gym carrying guilt, shame, and the feeling that I had to punish myself for what I ate. I believed I had to earn my way back.

But that’s no longer the way I live.

Because of Jesus, I’m not motivated by condemnation—I’m led by grace.

My identity isn’t found in my discipline, my body fat percentage, or yesterday’s food choices. My life is hidden in Christ, and I am the righteousness of God in Him.

So now I can show up with peace instead of pressure.

I trust that the same Spirit who lives in me is able to produce His fruit in my life—including self-control—and to faithfully lead me one step at a time.

No striving.
No punishing.
Just walking with Jesus and enjoying the process He is working in me.

“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1 🤍

For so long, I knew about the grace of God… but I was missing the power of what grace actually gives us.

Romans 5:17 says that we reign in life through the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness.

And I realized… I had embraced grace, but I wasn’t fully living from the reality of the righteousness I had already received through Christ.

Because without understanding our new identity in Christ, we will unknowingly keep striving for what Jesus already accomplished.

We will use God’s grace as the strength to try harder, do more, and earn what was already freely given.

But the gospel is not “look at everything you still need to do.”

The gospel is:
Look at everything Christ has already done.

He took our sin so that we could receive His righteousness.
He bore our shame so that we could walk in freedom.
He gave us His life so that our lives could now be hidden in Him.

Romans 4:6-7 reminds us:

“God’s powerful declaration of righteousness” brings complete wholeness because it is not based on our works—it is based on His finished work.

This is where true victory begins.

Not when we finally become good enough.
Not when we finally get everything right.
Not when we finally earn God’s blessing.

But when we awaken to the truth that in Christ, we have already been forgiven, accepted, made righteous, and given a new identity.

The Christian life is not about striving to become who God wants us to be.

It’s about resting in who He has already made us through Jesus.

My prayer is that every believer would discover the joy, freedom, and power that comes from knowing:

I am the righteousness of God in Christ.
My life is hidden in Him.
And because of His finished work, I can truly reign in life. 🤍

Ask God to reveal to you what it means that your life is now hidden in Christ and that you are the righteousness of God in Him.
