Our three gourmet jumbo cookies this week include: - Salted Chocolate Truffle: Chocolate Chunk Cookie stuffed with Dark Chocolate truffle, flake salt top - Baklawa: Toasted phyllo dough coated cookie topped with walnut topping with hints of orange blossom and rose waters - Cardamom Pistachio Tahini: Cardamom pistachio cookie topped with cardamom tahini crumble All cookies are made with a browned butter base and a half rye flour mixture. This combination creates a cookie with an incredible depth of flavor. A carrot cake recipe inspired by the Brazilian carrot cake - Bolo de Cenoura. Same method of pureed carrots in a blender makes it an easy dessert to put together.
