Comment “PUZZLE” and I’ll send you the links! 🧩👇

Two puzzles your toddler will keep coming back to 🚗🔢

Puzzle 1: Transport shape board ✈️🚗
Your little one picks up each piece (auto, plane and more), finds the matching shape and presses it into the board. Simple, but they love it!

Puzzle 2: Number-match cards 1 to 10 🎨
Every number has its own colour and picture. Match the “1” card with the blue sparrow 🐦, the “3” card with its 3 pictures, and so on. Two cards, one perfect match.

Benefits 🧠
✅ Hand-eye coordination
✅ Fine motor skills and a better grip
✅ Shape and colour recognition
✅ Counting and number sense (1 to 10)
✅ Vocabulary, as they learn vehicle names and objects
✅ Focus, patience and problem-solving
✅ Independent play, so you get a few quiet minutes ☕

Right age? 👶
🔹 Transport shape board: from about 18 months. Even at 12 months, you can start with just a couple of pieces.
🔹 Number-match cards: from about 2.5 to 3 years. At 2, play along and count together.

💡 Tip: Say each name out loud as they place the piece (“plane!”, “three!”). That’s where the learning really happens.

Save this for your next toy shopping 📌 and share it with a mom friend who needs it 💛

No cake, no problem — we made cake jealous instead 🥑✨

Mother-daughter day out today, and since my little one has an allergy that keeps regular cake off the table, we swapped it for something even better — avocado toast, our way 💛

We turned a small outing into our own tiny celebration — soft bread, creamy avocado, a squeeze of lemon, a spoon of curd, and a whole lot of hidden veggies mashed right in. No sugar rush, no guilt, just a toddler-approved treat that's actually good for her.

🥑 Avocado — packed with healthy fats for brain development + easy for little tummies
🍋 Lemon — a natural boost of Vitamin C
🥣 Curd — gut-friendly probiotics + calcium for growing bones
🍞 Soft bread base — energy-giving carbs, easy to chew and swallow
🥦 Hidden veggies — sneaky nutrition she doesn't even notice

This is officially our new "cake" for every little celebration now 🎉

👇 Comment "RECIPE" and I'll send you the full step-by-step!

One day, she won’t need you to hold her hand anymore… and that’s the part of motherhood no one prepares you for. 🥹🤍

You spend years teaching her how to stand on her own,
how to speak for herself,
how to dream, choose, fall, and find her way back up.

And then, one day, she actually does it.

You’ll be proud beyond words.
But somewhere deep inside, you’ll miss the little girl who needed you for everything.
The tiny hand in yours. The “Mama, come!” The endless cuddles. The little voice calling your name. 🥺

Maybe that’s the bittersweet beauty of being a mother —
raising someone you love enough to eventually let go. 🌸

To every mom who is soaking in the little moments a little longer…
you’re not overdoing it. You’re making memories. ❤️

Happy Daughter’s Day to every daughter who will always be her mama’s little girl. 🌷
