So let me make sure I understand this... 👀

You can walk into a store and buy alcohol, a substance linked to massive health and societal harm, grab an energy drink the size of your forearm, wash down a handful of Tylenol, and nobody bats an eye.

But mention mushrooms and suddenly everyone becomes a DEA agent, a scientist, and your concerned aunt all at once 🍄😂

I'm not anti-medicine. I'm not anti-alcohol. I'm not here to tell anyone what to put in their body.

I'm pro-informed choice.

Because legal doesn't automatically mean safe, and illegal doesn't automatically mean dangerous.

Swipe through and see how some commonly used substances compare.

Welcome to Cosmic Compass 🧭

This has been a long time coming.

I created this space for those that are curious, thoughtful, and ready to approach their growth with honesty and intention. For people who want to slow down, listen more closely, and explore what real, grounded change can look like.

Im so glad you are here. by @cosmiccompassco

Need a sign to start again?

Here you go 🤲 by @cosmiccompassco

Feel the Oh's, not the Woah's.

When you microdose, you’re not looking for a “Whoa, this is uncomfortable” or "Woah, im really feeling this" moment. Instead, it’s about reaching that “Oh, I see how this shifted my day”! Gentle clarity, steady growth, and those little “Oh” moments that add up.

It's going to take time.

Sobriety isn't something that happens overnight.

For most people, alcohol has been woven into everyday life for years.

Long day? Drink.
Going out with friends? Drink.
Concert? Drink.
By the pool? Drink.
Camping? Drink.

It's less about the alcohol and more about the pattern.

The first step isn't perfection. It's awareness.

Start noticing when you reach for a drink. Ask yourself why. Is it stress? Celebration? Boredom? Habit?

The more awareness you build, the more power you have to choose something different.

You don't have to change your entire life today. Just take the next small step.

Be patient with yourself. Give yourself grace.

Healing isn't a race.

Sobriety takes time.

What's one habit that was harder to break than you expected?

Sobriety doesnt mean you have a problem...

The problem might actually be why you need a reason to quit.

You're allowed to choose your health before things fall apart. You're allowed to want clarity, presence, and energy without having a story that justifies it.

Sobriety is a choice. Not a confession.

And if you want assistance on your journey with Sobriety, im here to help.

Consistency > Quick Fix

One of the biggest misconceptions about m¡crodosing is that it's something you take and suddenly everything changes.

In my experience, the real shifts happen through consistency.

A daily intention. A moment of presence. A walk in nature. A healthier choice. A new perspective.

Over time, these small actions begin to compound.

M¡crodosing can help you become more aware, more connected, and more aligned with the life you're creating, but it still asks you to show up for yourself. by @cosmiccompassco

Alignment over approval.

One of the most freeing things you can realize is that you don’t need to be liked by everyone to be fully yourself.

You aren’t everyone’s cup of tea… and you were never meant to be.

Some people will misunderstand your path. Some will judge your growth. Some simply won’t resonate with your energy, and that’s okay.

The moment you stop shaping yourself to fit other people’s expectations is the moment your inner compass gets louder.

Be authentic. Be honest. Be weird. Be soft. Be passionate. Be evolving.

Just be yourself.

Most people hear "radical responsibility" and either shut down or turn it into a self-blame spiral. Neither of those is it. This is about something quieter and more powerful than both.

The moment you stop waiting for an apology, an explanation, or a different past, something shifts. You're not letting anyone off the hook. You're just taking your power back from a story that was keeping you stuck.

The pattern isn't the problem. The pattern is the message. Same relationship, different face. Same job, different title. Same feeling in your chest on Sunday night. Something in you is asking to be seen. Radical responsibility is how you start listening.

Growth culture has a weird obsession with moving fast. Identify it, heal it, post about it. But the actually transformative stuff happens when you slow down enough to be uncomfortable without immediately reaching for a solution. Most people never get there because stillness feels like failure.

Nobody talks about the grief in this work. The moment you realize nobody is coming to fix it, not your parents, not your partner, not the next modality, that's a real loss. Let it land. Then notice what's on the other side of it.

There's a reason this work can feel lonely sometimes. Everyone around you might be waiting for life to happen to them. Choosing ownership puts you in a different relationship with your own life, and that gap can be uncomfortable before it becomes liberating.

This isn't about being hard on yourself. It's about being honest with yourself. There's a difference, and that difference is everything.

And im here to help 🧭 by @cosmiccompassco

Own it. All of it.

Not with shame or guilt, but with pride.

When you take responsibility in life, you take control. You take back your freedom.

You put yourself back in the driver's seat.

This happens through your decisions, boundaries, and attitude.

The caveat? You MUST own the bad with the good. You must choose to be openly responsible for EVERYTHING.

Radical responsibility = Freedom

Sometimes you just need to sit with it.

Sit with yourself. Sit with your emotions. Sit with your soul.

No fixing, no figuring out. No rushing to the next thing.

Just you and whatever comes up. by @cosmiccompassco

Grateful for the little things today 🫶

One thing I enjoy about m¡crodøsing is the steady, grounded gratitude I feel...Yes, even when doing chores!
