Throwback Thursday. We coated these replica Mitsubishi Model A car parts in Cosmichrome tinted to simulate brass. This build was done by West Coast Customs for Mitsubishi Motors for their 100 year anniversary.
Ot took place at West Coast Customs in Burbank, CA. We had no idea that both Ford and Mitsubishi had cars they called Model A.

See the patented Cosmichrome e-Gun Select™ process in action. ✨

In this video, the user clicks through each step while the e-Gun Select™ " automatically takes them through the correct sequence—from start to a brilliant, mirror-like finish.

This automated, step-by-step workflow helps prevent missed steps, reduce errors, and deliver consistent, high-quality results every time. No fiddling with needle valves. The chemical ratio is built-in.

Once the job is complete, the built-in washing system makes it easy to clean both the e-Gun Select™ and the Cosmichrome machine—preserving the long-lasting chemicals for use for up to 90 days.

Why pay more to get wonky unreliable spray chrome machine?

🎶Our lovely cousin, the Ukrainian soprano @sofiia.vasheruk got to see the immense #Cosmichrome coated robot at @theweeknd concert in Warsaw. Despite speaking and teaching several languages, she reports back to us there are no words to describe this concert. Cosmichrome is the spray chrome trusted all over the world by the biggest stars to not let them down in front of huge audiences. It should be your spray chrome too.

These brilliant Cosmichrome coated 3D printed parts are part of an award for a corporate client of Don Pirre at Coatofchrome.com. The chrome color matches chrome electroplating perfectly! There is really no better way to produce chrome on these 3D printed platsic parts but with Cosmichrome.

Here’s one that I have shared a lot but haven’t formally posted!

Tristan Francisco’s @bellracinghq KC7! This one was an evolution from one of the craziest helmets I’ve done. From the wicked purple chrome, neon green and Graffiti we decided we wanted to take the same edgy style but make it a little more curved and flowing.

Starting with the Tribally/Flame look, I wanted to create something that really caught your eye and was the focal point of the helmet. I always loved the way Tony Stewart’s flames looked in the “Home Depot” Days. That is where the inspiration started and I evolved it from there. To contrast, going with Teal @cosmichrome provided the perfect base. Not too dark that it took away from the brightness of the lid and the chrome giving it the depth we were looking for! When the teal visor is on this thing it just takes the helmet to another level!

Thank you @richie_20 and @2gether_wedoit_better for trusting in my ideas and letting me go crazy on this one! Really looking forward to working together again and seeing what we do!

From the spray booth to the stadium. 🔥🤖✨
What does it take to bring a giant Sorayama Robot to life?
Back in April, @pinstripe_chris and the Cosmichrome expert crew at @insanepaintshop traveled to Pennsylvania to join forces with @quality_custom_rides for one of the most ambitious projects we've ever seen. With an incredible team of artists, fabricators, and finish specialists working together, this massive sculpture went from concept to showpiece.
We were honored to provide the signature Cosmichrome® chrome and gold finishes that gave the robot its mirror-like shine and stunning metallic details. The scale of this project was enormous, but the results speak for themselves. It's over 40 feet tall! The largest art ever created for a concert.
Projects like this remind us what's possible when talented people come together with a shared vision and the right technology.
What do you think of the finished piece? Congratulations to Dan Gokey at Insane Paint!
