- was feeling overstimulated after a busy work day - had to shift the energy - thinking about the Nichiren Buddhist concept “ichinen” when we make an inner determination/resolve to do xyz, everything aligns accordingly 🗣️ decide + act + trust - “miracles” unfold - haven’t played guitar and sang in time - fingertips hurt bare lol - but thought I’d document this returning to a process I used to always depend on - got scared to share thought I look/sound silly/cringe - but that thinking is so 2025 ya kno - maybe it’s a mantra for the new year? 🦋🫧🧚🏾‍♀️✨ #singersongwriters #independentartists #mantra by @cosmichuru
