There is no good news or bad news. There is just news. The difference is what you choose to do with it. Think about it. Two people can receive the exact same news and have completely different reactions. One sees an obstacle, while the other sees an opportunity. One gives up, while the other finds a way forward. Over time, I’ve learned that it’s not always what happens to us that matters most, but how we respond to it. Here are 5 things I try to do whenever I receive news, whether good, bad, expected, or unexpected: 🧠 Pause before reacting. Don’t let your emotions make decisions for you. 👂 Listen and understand. Get the full picture before making assumptions. 🙏 Accept what you cannot change. You can’t control everything that happens, but you can control your response. 🔍 Look for the lesson or opportunity. Ask yourself what you can learn, how you can grow, and what possibilities this information creates. 🚀 Take action. Don’t get stuck overthinking. Decide what you can do next and move forward. The truth is, life will always bring unexpected news. Some will make you smile, some will make you question everything, and some will completely change your direction. But what if we stopped asking, “Is this good news or bad news?” and started asking, “What am I going to do with this information?” That simple shift in perspective can change the way you approach business, relationships, challenges, and life itself. 💬 YOUR TURN: What’s one thing you do when you receive unexpected news? day 23 of …. as God leads. it said that what goes around comes around. Meaning that if there are things that you’re doing to others, they will do the same thing back to you. But I don’t think that’s always true. If you love somebody that love is not always returned If you hate somebody that hate is sometimes not returned I have the opportunity to be kind I have the opportunity to be gentle I have the opportunity to forgive I have the opportunity to love unconditionally Let me say that again I have the choice to love unconditionally. Not based on what you have done to me or how you have done things to me or if you have done good things to me. I choose to love anyway I can honestly say that is not always easy but it’s the way I want to live Because Jesus loves me not because of anything I have done or I am currently doing But he chose to love me first How can I ask God, why are you putting me through hard things? When I think about him on the cross doing one of the hardest things that anyone can do To die as an innocent man Sinless Always loving Healing others Speaking to love others And he was still hung on a cross for my sins I hope to love a fraction of that kind of love If you have not heard this from anybody or read it from anybody, I want you to read it here. your mind is the most powerful thing that you have You can choose what to think about Even when the worst thing is happening to you, it’s up to you what your mind does with that? I recently read a book that is called man’s search for meeting And it’s about a man that lived during and in the holocaust He literally talked about how the mindset that he had is what helped him to survive He saw people that came into a concentration camp and immediately could tell if they will survive more than a week The ones that survived the longest are the ones that in their worst situation they chose to still have a positive mindset Even though they never knew that they will be out of there, they still chose to think about the day that they will get out of there Once you lose hope in your mind, then you are done People in their life can help you but only if you help yourself and it all starts in your mind So always look for that positive thing in your life When I pray, I sometimes even thank God for the spoon and the plates and the pillow that I have and the socks that I’m wearing and the comb that I have and a toothbrush that I can use because I don’t know when those things will ever be taken away And even if they are taken away, I can thank God for my fingers and my eyesight and then I can still hear with my ears there is always something to be thankful for always remember that “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭8‬ ‭ So keep going. I have been taught to pray since I was a little I didn’t always know the meaning of a prayer But I definitely never knew the power of a prayer It’s not just words coming out of your mouth It’s an opportunity to communicate with a living God It’s an opportunity to have an ongoing relationship with a living God If you don’t speak with somebody, then that relationship will more than likely be lost so communicating with God matters That’s what prayer is You coming to God with Thanksgiving and Praise You can also come to God with requests The Bible is full of examples of request to God It clearly says Ask or knock But I need to make the first step to come to God God will never force a relationship on me or on you But if you know he’s there, what is keeping you from talking to God Don’t let a past experience because of a person that claimed to know God or a building that supposedly worship God prevent you from coming back to God now Not every Christian is a Christian just because they say they are Look at their fruits meaning look at how they live their life day today The Bible says you will know a Christ follower by their life I encourage you to seek Jesus today Don’t wait another day Message me if I can help you with this Keep going, you got this by @cosmin__bota

i’ve heard it say a day is slow but a year passes so fast. I could not agree more. That is why you cannot take a single moment for granted because you never know if you’re gonna get a moment back. You’ll never get that single moment back that’s for sure. that exact moment. exact conversation, that exact view in front of you, that exact embrace, that exact word at the exact moment will never happen again. be grateful and be present and be in the moment.
