POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hi again. It’s @iamthequinnn here. Believe it or not, but I’m actually writing this caption from a plane with approximately three hours of sleep, all in the name of talking about my love for 🎶🎵.

While writing this, I suddenly remembered my obsession with Beyoncé’s “Love On Top” – especially those opening drum cymbals (rawr. Love it). Now, as I blast Olivia Rodrigo, @bessan.lsmail’s new track “3AL 3EIN”, plus a little @haifawehbe and @cortis (because, duh!) through my handy-dandy @sonymea headphones, I’ve realised just how much my appreciation for music has grown.

I’ve always believed in music’s ability to bring people together. It can unite us, transport us to a different dimension, and make us feel something deep inside. For Cosmo ME’s Autumn 2026 issue, I thought it was time to celebrate the artists, sounds and stories shaping the region who make us feel exactly that. From Bessan to @lanalubany, and a couple of new faces I’ve recently started listening to, this issue is all about the artists who have been making me (and you) feel ✨something✨.

So, if you’re still here, have a scroll or tap the link in bio to read the full Editor’s Letter. 🎧❤️

@bessan.lsmail is our Autumn 2026 muse. 🎤

“I’ve always loved singing,” says Syrian singer Bessan Ismail. It’s something her family – and her 12.6 million YouTube subscribers – have known for years. Having grown up in the spotlight and become one of the region’s much-loved content creators, our cover star opens up about her rise to stardom, her transition from YouTube to a full-time music career and realising her haters are, well, just that.
