will be the first full moon of the year. This Wolf Moon will be a super moon, as well as a blood moon. There will be a lot of positive energy coming our way, so be ready to receive it with open minds. Keep this positivity in mind for these next few days too. Focus on your goals as well as your relationship with people and life. This moon brings manifestation. If you have been feeling down or as though nothing can go right, look within yourself. Appreciate yourself. You are here. Everything you do changes the universe surrounding you. Take that as importance and value. The universe loves you, and appreciates you. Let that be enough to bring more positivity into it. Do something on this day to bring wellness to yourself. Enter this phase with a peace of mind and you will see the change.

Personally this Monday I am beginning a diet I created myself last winter. It is a chakra cleansing diet. I created it in hopes of balancing my energies. When I first started, I was not in a very good place, and although it helped, it did not fully heal. It made me more aware of myself and what I needed. More aware of what I put into my body in all aspects (physical, mental, spiritual). I will admit, I didn’t stick to it more than 2 months or so. Though in the time after up until now, I have done A LOT of work on myself and within myself. I feel starting this diet now will do more healing and strengthening of the energies I need. I’ve leveled up quite a bit and I’m approaching the next.

Take this moon as a new phase, the true start of the new year. Use this moon to charge yourself. Take in that energy. Set your crystals out. Purify your water. Take multiple bottles and write your wishes/goals on the side. Set them in a window or somewhere the moonlight can hit. Those bottles will be charged with positive energy and will bring ease to manifesting those goals/wishes.
Or simply just think positively and you will manifest.
