Caprese Mini Frittatas 🍅✨

This recipe is an easy, delicious option for a spring weeknight dinner, meal prep or a fuss-free lunch the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients 🥣
💚400g cherry tomatoes
💚1 tbsp olive oi
💚2 tsp chilli flakes
💚1 tsp salt
💚6 tbsp basil pesto
💚1 cup shredded mozzarell
💚6 eggs
💚1 cup low fat cottage cheese
💚2 scoops Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
💚1 cup fresh basil

Method 🧑‍🍳
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, chilli flakes, and salt to a roasting tray. Roast for 20–25 minutes, then remove from the oven.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the cottage cheese, protein powder, salt, and chilli flakes until well combined. Set aside.
4. Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with muffin liners.
5. Evenly divide the roasted tomatoes, chopped basil, basil pesto, and ¾ cup shredded mozzarella between the muffin liners.
6. Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling each about three-quarters full.
7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the tops. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the frittatas are set and lightly golden.
8. Allow to cool slightly, then enjoy your Caprese Mini Frittatas!

High Protein Raspberry Sorbet 🍧🍓

With just 5 simple ingredients, this healthier Ninja CREAMi raspberry sorbet can be prepared ahead, so you can set and forget until whenever you’re ready for a refreshing dessert or post-workout treat!

Ingredients 🥣
💚250g frozen raspberries
💚2 tbsp agave syrup
💚2 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
💚2 scoops Protein Water by Feel Good Protein (Wild Raspberry)
💚½ tsp xanthan gum

Method 👩‍🍳
1. To a blender, add raspberries, agave syrup, whey powder, protein water, xanthan gum, and ½ cup water. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the mix into a Ninja CREAMi tub and freeze for 24 hours.
3. Remove from the freezer and process in your Ninja CREAMi using the ‘Sorbet’ setting.
4. Serve and enjoy your High Protein Raspberry Sorbet!

Banana Bread Protein Iced Latte 🍌☕

It’s dairy-free and easy to make in under 5 minutes, making it the perfect coffee when you want something a little more exciting than your usual iced latte!

Ingredients 🥣
💚1 banana (ripened)
💚2 double shots House Blend Coffee Beans by Feel Good Coffee
💚1 tbsp agave syrup
💚½ tsp vanilla bean paste
💚Pinch of salt
💚½ tsp cinnamon
💚1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
💚Ice

Method 👩‍🍳
1. Add the banana, agave, vanilla bean paste, salt, cinnamon, 300ml water and whey protein to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Half fill two glasses with ice, then evenly divide the banana protein mixture between them.
3. Brew two double shots of espresso and pour one double shot over each glass.
4. Serve and enjoy your Banana Bread Protein Iced Lattes!
