Wild Mackerel with Blood Orange Dressing 🍊
Served with fresh rocket, roasted veg, chioggia beetroot and some thinly sliced potato fried in olive oil, everything organic and fresh. Probably the best looking plating I've done, what would you rate this one? 🤔

For the dressing:
Juice from a Blood Orange
Extra virgin olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Dijon mustard
Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Dill

VG🌱 Lentil curry and buckwheat + spelt naan 🌱

Cooked near a nice lake somewhere

Was planning on cooking something over a fire outside but the rain was too crazy so ended up whipping this spicy & creamy lentil curry up in the van instead. It did not disappoint

Ingredients used:

Naan:
Buckwheat and spelt flour
Yeast
Water
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil

Curry:
Extra virgin olive oil
Shallots
Garlic
Scotch bonnet
Sweet red pepper
San marzano tomatoes
Chilli powder
Smoked paprika
