And now time to introduce you the headliner for Saturday Contratempos 5th Anniversary pt2 - Night Time at @baile.casacapitao the one and only @counterstrika !

Known worldwide for his hard, dark and uncompromising Drum & Bass sound, Counterstrike has spent more than two decades at the forefront of the global D&B scene, earning a reputation for relentless energy and heavyweight selections.

For Contratempos 5th Anniversary Pt. 2, he takes us back to his roots delivering tracks that inspired him on his production journey. Rather than stepping away from the intensity he's known for, Counterstrike will reinterpret it through the lens of 90s Drum & Bass and Jungle, exploring the moods and styles that laid the foundations of the culture — from raw Jungle pressure to the dark, futuristic sounds of Techstep and beyond.

This is not a nostalgia set. It's a deep dive into the era that shaped modern Drum & Bass, delivered by an artist whose understanding of weight, tension and dancefloor energy is second to none.

A unique Portugal-exclusive journey through the sounds that inspired a global heavyweight.

June 6 - Contratempos 5th Anniversary pt2 - Night Time - Sótão Casa Capitão
