Having time to wander through streets that were so familiar to me, I could even tell you where the footpath was cracked and marble met concrete. Another year, another birthday for my beautiful Phaedra. Love these old photos from the first few years of our journey together, so many memories, so many adventures and discoveries! It was wonderful having you at my side on our early travel adventures and you opened the door to so many experiences that we had together, by the very nature of you being the child you were. Feel very sad that Jane has left us. She was such an inspiration for me through her journey of connecting with, and being a voice for animals on this planet. I know she spent most of the last years travelling, sharing her knowledge and discoveries with us all and her legacy I believe, is alive and well. I feel so honoured to have actually met her.
I saw her when she came to Wellington and met her after the show. She was so lovely, and humble and I felt a bit overwhelmed and thought perhaps I chatted too much, too quickly in what I wanted to say because I was so excited to meet her. she simply smiled and looked slightly amused I thought. 🥰 by @countessdasilva

So pleased I took the decision to go to Fiji for some time out with Phaedra and Marley! A lot of water under the bridge since the last visit and it was great to reconnect with friends, places and of course the wonderful food :-) won’t leave it as long next time. ❤️ the song is dedicated to Marley, his current favourite And it was such an immense pleasure to share the Island with him. As someone who had never travelled to Fiji, Bula came easily to his lips! Lovely to be with my girl too! by @countessdasilva
