It’s about time right, but bet ya didn’t see this one coming! It’s surreal to me that we get to call my husband’s childhood 1890’s historic house…our home! It’s always felt like home but now it’s where my babies will learn to ride their bikes, climb the tree in the front yard, run down 23 chestnut wood stairs on Christmas morning to find Santa really has come through and where we will gather around the dining room table together just like The Hite Family has done for more than 40 years!
•
We have no clue what we are doing {which is normal for us} but we are learning!!! So follow along because I’m going to need all of your help as we refresh this home into ours little by little while still cherishing the memories & traditions it holds! And of course…get ready for a lot of randomness, fun & laughs!!
•
I’ll be sharing more details on the actual home too for those who love a good southern charmer!! ☺️
•
Thank you to the amazing @caseymlinar for making a fam shoot not so awkward and to my sis @sandimcclain for being my personal videographer 😂😘

Every stage has been my favorite, but this one? Pretty unbeatable. They still want to snuggle close at bedtime, but now I get every single detail of their day—and I mean every single one. The golden years of 8 and 9 {10 in one month} 🥹

He’s the ultimate hype man…the first to pour love, encouragement & positivity to everyone in his 🌎

Last night, he brought home Greenwood 50 Administrator of the Month AND @ehsvikingsports the SCHSL Sportsmanship Excellence Award for Emerald Athletics.

He quietly crushes it behind the scenes every single day, keeping our house full of “Positive Paul” fun while dedicating his whole heart to his school and athletes. He doesn’t do it alone…he is surrounded by the absolute best support system, staff & EHS family because #togetherwegrow 🫶🏻

Thank you for being YOU @coachhite

Congratulations and #SOUNDTHEHORN 💜💛

Spoiler alert: you're allowed to prioritize your life even as a Realtor.

We all have families.
We all have kids.
we all have friends.

And? We all love serving our clients so much.

It's true you can actually be a better Realtor even when you're not "on" all the time!

Today we are pulling back the curtain on what it's like to have freedom in a business that never sleeps.

Exactly one year ago, I made a quiet decision to stop letting urgency and cortisol run my business with Be That Girl @thatgirlemilyjudice and truly stepped into what it means to be a regulated professional.
•
If you looked at my calendar a year ago versus today, the schedule might still be full, but the internal experience is entirely different. I used to operate under the belief that every email was an emergency, rest had to be earned, and constant hustle equaled dedication.
•
Over the past 365 days, that has transformed into knowing calm is a superpower, boundaries protect my energy, and clear decisions happen only when my nervous system is steady first. Building this mindset hasn’t just changed how I show up in real estate—it changed how I show up for myself every single day.
•
Next week, she is kicking off the next Regulate to Evaluate challenge, and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate this milestone. It’s a grounded, practical reset designed to help you slow the noise, regulate your baseline, and realign before the season shifts.
•
If you’ve been feeling the mental load lately and want to reset together, the link is in my bio (or send me a DM) to join us. 🤍

The longest they have ever been apart, and it safe to say the reunion lived up to the anticipation. 🥹✨ No matter how big they get or where life takes them, this sibling bond is pure magic. So happy to have the duo back together! 🤍
