To my best friend and my favorite person. I love you. I love us. I love our family, and I love the beautiful life we’ve built together.

I recently decided to get back into scrapbooking, and with our anniversary approaching, I couldn’t think of a more perfect way to start than by putting together a scrapbook of our wedding day. So, I finally had ALL of our wedding photos printed, along with a few fun Polaroids. Looking through all the photos and reliving all the little moments has been so special. Working with Abby has been such a sweet and vulnerable experience. She offers body work and practices the tamura method which is the process of holding the adult self and the child self.
