How did I get so lucky? • A College Senior (graduating in May). • A High School Senior (headed to college early- next week)• A gifted 4th grader with an IQ of 131.• A beautiful, sassy, smart and athletic 2nd grader. God I Thank You. If I don’t know anything else, I know God created me just to be their MOM. I am soooooo very proud of how amazing each of them are - and they are all so very different. I take pride in knowing I am raising incredible human beings. DID YOU KNOW? 🟠 The City of Cleveland was one of several cities in North America awarded a $100,000 grant by Bloomberg Philanthropies for the work to paint murals- known as the Asphalt Art Project. 🟠 This exciting project is adding vibrant color and dynamic storytelling while making the neighborhood a safer place to walk, drive, and ride. If you’ve been downtown and noticed the new bike lanes, one way traffic signs or artwork- you’ve seen the impact of the Asphalt Art Project.🟠 Thank you @dwntowncle @cityofcleveland @rhondabrownfineart for speaking to us about this art installation and how it’s impacting and transforming our city. Just curious do you prefer REELS or Pictures? Let me know below. I’m catching up on all things #CourtneyCoversCleveland and I genuinely want to know as I create content which you enjoy most. I’ve been insanely busy with local events and traveling, so balancing my life at home, my work in TV plus job as a content creator has been challenging. Nonetheless, I absolutely love what I do. In the past two weeks I’ve been to Minnesota (twice) for WNBA on ABC, Dallas for WNBA on ABC home for a day- then to Cincinnati for MLS on APPLETV - while also showing up to some of the best events in Cleveland. Now that I’m back for a few days, I’m focused and glued to my computer. #CourtneyCoversCleveland shared how we spent our Anniversary morning, now let me share how we spent our day - surrounded by family exploring Cleveland!It was a beautiful day- and with family in town for the holiday, of course I wanted to showcase Cleveland and have some fun in the sun. So with no plan here’s where we went:@MusicBoxCLE - who knew they had live Reggae every Sunday? Right on the water- with food and drink specials. We left there and walked around the @flatscle Then it was up the hill to enjoy West 25th - we ended up at a place I had never heard of or been to call @lounge_lavender ! A small black owned business with reasonably good drinks and a DJ! We lined danced a little and stayed until they closed. Crazy enough - we left there and went right back to the flats to have some realllllly good food @mccarthysdowntown ! We sat there for hours- eating and enjoying each other’s company. It was really the perfect day with family. Even the young adults enjoyed hanging up with the grown ups lol. I highly recommend every placed we stopped, they are all #CourtneyCoversClevelandApproved .#downtowncleveland #courtneycoversitall #Thisiscle by @courtneylynnc

#CourtneyCoversCleveland never thought I’d recommend a buffet, until this Sunday Brunch! A huge thank you to @aviatorcle for hosting us as we celebrated our anniversary! The flowers, card, and bottle of champagne were such a sweet surprise and made our celebration even more special.Now let me tell you… as someone who usually skips buffets, why THIS brunch completely changed my mind! Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.The selection is incredible:🥓 Breakfast favorites (shrimp and grits, short rib, bacon and more)🥗 Lunch Bar (Brussel sprouts, Gouda Mac, salmon and more)🥩 Carving station (prime rib, brisket, honey glazed ham)🦀 Seafood station (oysters, mussels, clams, jumbo shrimp)🍳 Eggs Benedict station🧇 Live waffle station👨‍🍳 Chef-made-to-order stationOne of my favorite parts was the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the airport. ✈️ Even though the rooftop was closed because of the weather (which just gives us another reason to come back! 😉), we still enjoyed watching planes take off and land. You really knocked it out the park with this one- I literally felt like I was out of town last night and I loveee that for Cleveland. Cheers to an amazing summer ahead - Cleveland behave lol.The vibes, the views, the music - all unmatched! Oh and those french fries.. and sliders… the drinks! I have not one thing to complain about. We had a ball- went in for cocktails at 8 and stayed until 2am for the Akon concert. Even ran into a few cool kids @rickonia @slimxx Anywho- already can’t wait to get back! If that’s what it looks like with a little rain- I can’t imagine the atmosphere when the sun is out.
