A little glimpse into the madness behind a 12-person, plated 3-course dinner! ✨🍽️

This dinner party was beyond perfection, and I’m so thankful to everyone who came out and made it so special!

This is just the beginning of many dinner parties with Courtney’s Kitchen x @partybayevents , and I couldn’t be more excited to see what 2027 has in store for us. 🥂🤍

Quick chef tip of the day:

Did you know if you crumble up your parchment paper before putting it on a sheet pan, it is easier to maneuver!

Just a little tip I learned while working in many kitchens!

What’s cooking for my clients this week? 👀

Have you ever tried guacamole with strawberries instead of tomatoes?!

This specific client follows an anti-inflammatory diet, so we swapped the tomatoes for strawberries—and honestly, it was SO delicious! 🍓🥑
