Two times All-State. All-Region. All-Macomb County….And still not one call. That’s not a talent problem. That’s a process problem and it’s the most common one we see. The work is there. The accolades are there. The phone still isn’t ringing. Only 3% of high school players ever make a college roster and most who don’t were never told how the process actually works. Right level. Right school. Real communication. No mass emails, no hype, no promises we can’t keep. That’s Courtside Connections. Ten residing states. One network that connects all Fifty. California. Michigan. Kentucky. Maryland. Arizona. Iowa. Georgia. Indiana. Louisiana. Texas. That’s where the Courtside team lives! Former college and pro athletes, coaches, media people, and regional directors who came up in these places and still have relationships in them. Now here’s the part we actually want you to read. If your state isn’t gold, nothing about this changes for you. Recruiting has never been a local business. College coaches recruit across the whole country. Film travels. Transcripts travel. A coach in Iowa will watch a kid from Oregon if the film and the fit are right — that’s the entire job. This map isn’t where we can reach. It’s where we’re standing. We’ve worked with families who’ve never met us in person and got the exact same thing every family gets: an honest evaluation, an assigned consultant, a real recruiting plan, and somebody who picks up the phone. The work happens on film, on calls, and in coaches’ inboxes — not in your driveway. So no, you’re not too far away. And you’re definitely not too far away to ask. This is Andre Farr — Nicholas’s father. Here’s what we know about this part: parents aren’t scared of the recruiting process. They’re scared of being left in the dark inside it. Of finding out in March what should have been handled in October. Of trusting somebody with their kid and getting a monthly invoice instead of a phone call. We don’t guarantee offers — nobody honest does. We guarantee you’ll always know where your athlete stands and what happens next. Drop it below and we’ll answer it 👇 #courtsideconnection #nextlevel #athlete #parent by @courtsideconnectionsnetwork
“Yo dad, did you hear what he said?” That’s Nicholas. If you watched the commercial, you already know his face. That’s the moment every family hits: when you realize the work alone isn’t the whole thing, and you need somebody who knows the map. So we sat him down and asked him six questions. Including this one, which most recruiting services would never put on camera: “Do you feel like they genuinely cared about you as a person, not just as a player?” We asked it because that’s the only version of this that matters. An athlete is a 16-year-old with a life, a GPA, a family, and a future that’s bigger than a roster spot. Treat him like inventory and you’ll get him a scholarship and lose him as a person. He answered all six. Straight. You’ve already met Aaron. He’s in the commercial. Here’s the part we didn’t have room for. Aaron Allen plays at Henry Ford College. JUCO. And somewhere along the way, somebody convinced a whole generation of hoopers that JUCO means you failed. It doesn’t. It means you’re still playing. Six levels take college basketball players — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO, NCCAA, USCAA. Most services only sell you the first one, because that’s the one that sounds good on a flyer. We’ll tell you the truth about all of them, including which ones actually fit you right now. Only about 3% of high school players ever make a college roster…Aaron is one of them. We asked him what recruiting felt like before Courtside, how involved our staff really was, and what made him trust us with his journey. He answered all of it. Raynard Williams Jr. — Motor City Cruise. G League. We sat him down and asked five questions. This is what we mean when we say… We’re not going to tell you what this process is like — we’re going to put the people who lived it in front of you. Only about 3% of high schllege roster. The ones who get there almost always had someone in their corner who already knew the map. Full conversation up now.
