I know this says “James Bond”, but we all know he uses tiny handguns. This is totally what John Wick’s bathroom would look like. Consulate Restaurant in Atlanta, GA. by @covertchannels

It is never too late to start hitting the gym and improving your health. I just turned 52, and had my fourth abdominal surgery a couple of years ago that wiped me out. About a year ago, my beautiful wife inspired me to get back to the gym after seeing her amazing transformation she had. It wasn’t easy, but I put in the hard work this past year and finally am seeing solid results. I can bench over 200 pounds now, and never could do that, even in my 20s. If you are feeling tired and have low energy, start a weight training regimen at least a couple of times a week, and get some additional protein added to your daily diet. Muscle burns a lot more fat than just doing cardio. You don’t have to lift heavy, but you do have to lift weights. Our bodies lose muscle each year after 40, so weight training helps restore that and strengthen your tendons and joints as well. Thanks @mystrength_chapter for your love and support! 50s are the new 30s. by @covertchannels
