Monterosa by UTMB - 83k 6300m

A little intimidated by what will be my longest race, 10-11 hours in the big Italian mountains. Who knows how it’ll go, but I’ll #trymyhardest.

The last month training in Chamonix has been some of the best of my life, big vert, big hours, big carbs, big resting. Really excited to put it all to the test on Friday.

Tarawera 50 - 2nd

It feels funny to be disappointed in a result I was over the moon with two years ago. Year upon year my expectations of myself have grown so when I don’t perform to the level I think I should, it can be frustrating. Ah well, it’s just running hey

Nevertheless I still feel really lucky every time I get to travel with the Adidas Terrex team. Regardless of the result I feel so supported and at home among my team mates and staff
