Cheers to a year full of memories, laughter, and adventures! 🖤🤍🖤🤍 by @coyathecloser

Hey y’all! 👋🏽
First off, a BIG thank you to all my new followers — I see you and truly appreciate you being here!

If we haven’t met yet — I’m Coya, your Atlanta-based Transaction Coordinator, here to make your real estate transactions smoother, faster, and way less stressful. 🏡🗂️

I’m here to be the behind-the-scenes support you didn’t know you needed (but definitely deserve) and handle the paperwork so you can focus on what you do best — closing deals and building relationships

I know how much real estate agents juggle every single day — and here’s your reminder:
You don’t have to do everything alone.

You’ll be seeing a lot more of me on your feeds, let’s stay connected!

November is here and the assignment hasn’t changed. 🔑 #CoyaTheCloser

New month, same focus. Keep showing up, keep building, and keep applying pressure.

Two months left in the year. Let’s make them count. ✨

LA was a timeeee. 😮‍💨🌴

One of those trips where every day just kept getting better. And then HOV to close it out?! Definitely one for the books. ✨ #CoyaTheCloser

This is always the goal: know my stuff and make the process easier for the people trusting me with it. 🔑 #CoyaTheCloser

There’s a lot that can happen between contract and close, but my clients should always feel like they have someone in their corner who knows what’s going on and is ready to help.

Knowledge matters. How you use it to support people matters just as much.

Thank you, Keith, for taking the time to share your experience!

I’m walking into this week grateful for the business I’ve built, the people I get to work with, and everything that’s still ahead. #CoyaTheCloser

Some decisions are easier than others.😂#CoyaTheCloser

The to-do list will still be there. The laptop is probably coming on vacation 👀. And yes, I’m taking the lunch break. And somehow, everything still gets done.

Because balance doesn’t mean the work stops—it means work doesn’t have to take over everything else.

Rock wins. I don’t make the rules. 😂

Now be honest—which one are you choosing? 👀

Under contract is where my work really begins. 🔑 #CoyaTheCloser

Once the offer is accepted, there’s a whole transaction that still has to make it to the finish line—and that’s where I step in to help keep the process on track.

Signed contract → closing table. I’m here for everything in between. ✨

Fall Break: Moms Edition✨

Epcot, Universal, Disney Springs, and a whole lot of steps. Made our own personalized Cokes, ate too much, laughed even more.

Celebrated my favorite aunt’s birthday at Fogo de Chao - all smiles and good company. And yes, laptop was open between parks, closing deals on the go. Mommin’ and escrow at the same time.

My heart and my inbox are both full. #coyathecloser

At some point, the way you run your business has to evolve with the business you’ve built. 🔑 #CoyaTheCloser

The systems and routines that made sense in the beginning may not make sense anymore. If managing transactions is still taking up too much of your time, it may be time to bring in a Transaction Coordinator.

You built the business. Now build the support around it. ✨

Ready to add transaction support? Send me a DM or use the link in my bio to get started.

A smooth transaction doesn’t mean nothing is happening behind the scenes. It means your client never has to feel the weight of it. 🔑 #CoyaTheCloser

There can be follow-ups to make, details to clarify, timelines shifting, and multiple people who need to stay aligned. The goal isn’t a transaction with zero moving pieces—it’s making sure those pieces are being handled without unnecessary stress reaching the client.

The work can be complex. The experience shouldn’t feel that way. ✨
