Day 6 | Fighter/Vacation life in Thailand🥊

Something I’ve wanted to experience for as long as I can remember. Living and training in Thailand, fully immersed in the sport I’ve dedicated so much of my life to.

Part of me wishes I would’ve made this trip 10 years ago, but better late than never.

Truthfully, this trip probably wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for my bro fighting for ONE Championship. What started as a trip to support him turned into an opportunity to fulfill a dream of my own.

Grateful for the experience, the training, and most importantly, the opportunity to be in my bros corner on fight night.

Full circle moment. 🇹🇭🙏 taken in Thailand by @cpaezz

Day 3 training in Thailand 🇹🇭
Pad work to start off today’s morning session.

Taking it to the bag, working on implementing the rhythm and timing from pad work. 🥊

Clinch work 🤼‍♂️

Rhythm in your stance. Staying balanced and maintaining good structure through the defensive check✅

Core work ALWAYS to finish.🙌🏻 taken in Phuket, Thailand by @cpaezz
