Honey, I’m home! ☀️

A little bit of a life update… I am so excited to officially announce that I’ve joined the Kendall Hood Collection in 30A as their new Director of Operations.

After three years of building my career in real estate in South Florida, I’m getting to take something I love and step into it in a completely different way, while doing it much closer to where I have always called home. I’m so excited for this next chapter, for everything I’ll get to learn, and for the opportunity to be part of such an incredible team.

I obviously can’t talk about this next chapter without talking about the one that brought me here. My time with the Meyer Lucas Team has been one of the most meaningful seasons of my life. @holly.meyer.lucas took a chance on me early on, taught me more about real estate than I could have ever imagined, and has supported me fully through every season. She’s not only an incredible boss, but also one of my biggest supporters and closest friends. She is exactly who she says she is. 🤍

Beyond what I learned professionally, I treasure the friendships I made with every person on that team. They played such a huge role in shaping me into the person and real estate professional I am today, and I’ll carry that with me into every chapter that comes next.

And now I get to come home and continue doing something I love alongside Kendall and an incredible group of people. I have so much respect for what Kendall has built and the level at which this team operates, and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it.

I have had an absolute whirlwind of a year, but I am so grateful for where I’ve been, excited for where I’m going, and am especially blessed to be doing it back home surrounded by my people.

Originally from Northwest Florida, Courtney returns home after building her real estate career in South Florida, where she contributed to more than $50M in sales across 70+ residential transactions and was named Rookie of the Year in 2024.

Courtney is a natural fit for our team. She knows what clients expect, understands what agents need, and brings firsthand sales experience to everything happening behind the scenes.

Working closely with Kendall, Courtney will help make sure every listing, transaction, and client experience gets the attention it deserves. It’s another layer of experience and support for our team, and most importantly, for the people who trust us with their real estate decisions.

Meyer Lucas Team agents @cpayne.01 and @makemoveswithmarissa spent the week in San Diego alongside thousands of real estate professionals from across the country, joining one of the industry’s most recognized conferences for a few days of learning, collaboration, and big-picture conversations about where real estate is headed next.

One of the things we value most as a team is making time for opportunities like this. The ideas shared at Inman become part of the conversations shaping our industry, our local market, and the way agents continue to serve their communities.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Inman without seeing, @holly.meyer.lucas, take the stage. Holly joined multiple panels throughout the week, sharing her perspective alongside some of the industry’s leading voices.
