This Thanksgiving I am most thankful for the opportunities that God has blessed me with this year. One of the most exciting to me is a project that came along unexpectedly, The Brice House. It started back in March and has been 9 months of hard work and long hours. But most importantly, it is a venture that I have been able to do alongside some very special people, Emily & Sam Peterson.

The Brice House, formerly know as Brytan, was built in the late 1930s by the Brice Family. The house, grounds, and outbuildings were once their own incorporated town called Charles, Georgia. The home is a French provincial style that contains a ballroom, several socializing areas, numerous bedrooms as well as beautiful terraces and verandahs. The 11-acre private estate once included a movie theater, bowling alley, restaurant and dance pavilion. There is a mature forest that lets you meander through acres of beautiful camellias and massive magnolias. The home and grounds were designed for entertaining and since the 1930s it has hosted events for American business tycoons, the Hollywood elite, and the locals of Vidalia with unsurpassed style.

We are on track to have the project finished and be ready to offer South Georgia’s premier venue for hosting any type of event on January 1st, 2022. We can’t wait to open the doors of The Brice House and share this magical place with everyone!

Please be sure to follow along on Facebook and Instagram @thebricehouse, and our website is www.TheBriceHouse.com. taken in The Brice House by @cpjohns1
