On the 12/08/2025 Public Relations and communication first years had a First Year Experience (FYE) workshop that was hosted by Mr Zwelibanzi from Fundani .This workshop was aimed to support and guide new students as they transition into university life. It covered essential topics such as effective communication skills, time management, academic expectations, and strategies for intercultural understanding. Through interactive discussions and activities, students learn how to overcome common barriers, build positive relationships, and engage with diverse cultures in academic and social settings. The workshop aims to foster a supportive community, enhance student confidence, and promote success throughout the first year and beyond by @cputmedia

The workplace won’t wait, so why should their preparation? ✨

Over the past month, Pato Inc. designed and delivered a four-part workshop series for @wearecput first-year PR students equipping them with the skills, mindset, and self-belief to thrive.

From owning the room, to protecting their peace, to activating their advantage we gave them the tools to navigate work and life with confidence.

If your organisation works with interns, graduates, or early-career talent, we’d love to talk about bringing these transformative workshops to your team.

📩 DM us to start the conversation.
