Happy Heavenly Father’s Day 🙏
First of all, this post isn’t about death because if it was I would of posted when you left this earth. it’s about the impact you made on MY life. I just want to say thank you. Thank you for loving me, not just the love people say but REALLY loving me. You LISTENED to me, & gave me REAL ass advice, you were there for me when a lot of people weren’t. I miss your smile, your fukin laugh, your harshness because it was jus like mine.
I am YOU & you are ME.
You were so West Coast couldn’t nobody tell you nothin! There will never be another ROME. EVER.
You would of been so excited to spend this day with me and that’s what hurts, you would of truly cherished this day, & that means a lot. And honestly so would have I. Jae will never understand how much you loved him and wanted nothing more then to be his grandpa. And now I understand how you wanted nothing more then to be a father. Not just anyone’s father but MY father. We were just getting our relationship back to where it should of been 27 years ago. And then you were taken from me.
My heart is BROKEN at the way you were found and being unsure of what happened to you. I know you won’t have any justice. And I know I won’t have any closure. I’ll NEVER be okay. NEVER. I’m mad, sad, broken, severely depressed, I kno you don’t want that for me but I can’t help the shit,.. I regret all the times you called & I didn’t answer because I was on my “depressed shit” as you would say.
Right or wrong, left or right you had my back. You were my Ride or Die. They don’t make em like you no more. April 22nd will always be pierced into my heart. Happy Fathers Day, I love you dad. (ROME)
