Bodies change, the things you love don’t have to. 💜
Throughout your life your body will have times where it is bigger, smaller, fitter, weaker, more muscular, softer. Our bodies are an ever changing vessel, but not a constant art project.
I choose to put my energy into staying fit through sport, spin, weights. I choose to always be fit enough for the things that bring me joy. But what it looks like while I’m doing that isn’t my marker.
It’s exhausting constantly feeling “othered” in sports- and you may relate to that in a myriad of ways not just about weight. But the more of us out there, showing up, the more normalised it becomes. Stay strong and show up. 💪 by @crabbtacular

My own personal Stars Hollow experience 🏠

This years been one of big changes. Going into my second year in Invermere I found out I was losing my job of 3 years. By the new year I still hadn’t found anything so decided to go for my ski instructor qualifications. I got my level one and two, then found a new job which has been so fun! I also started working as a journalist and building up freelance work.
I can feel more big changes coming and I don’t always do well that that tbh. 😂

To Invermere, and its strange little quirks, characters, and festivals. Its access to the mountains, to ski, to bike, to paddle. The community that welcomed us and the crew we helped build. You’re my favourite town in Canada. 🇨🇦
I hope everyone gets to experience being as obsessed with where they live as I do. by @crabbtacular

It’s my best friend in the worlds 10th birthday today. 💜
She’s lived in 3 countries, moved continents, travelled with a roof top tent from the Canadian coast to coast. She’s made the newspapers back home with her skiing prowess, went more viral than I ever have, mountain biked, canoed some of the worlds prettiest lakes and eaten some of the worlds best cooking (my mums).
Still, as the years keep creeping up I have this pre-emptive grief. Good thing she’s immortal! by @crabbtacular
