Our new video is up, link is in bio, check it out! by @crackdaddycaine
We’re going on tour (finally, we know!). It’s a west coast run & we hope to start booking shows all over once we get used to playing live again. Not listed in the post is Oxnard on 3/20. And we’ll be posting the dates with venues momentarily. A lot of these shows are in much smaller venues then Leftöver Crack usually plays, so, expect tix to sell out fast. And I’m putting a link here if you’d like to read about “the meaning” behind the song “Shooticide”: https://www.tumblr.com/crackdaddycaine/744251773742645250/about-the-left%C3%B6ver-crack-song-shooticide-its I am aware that you probably cannot click on this link, but, I don’t know where else to put it. Here too is a link to the full length video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ytXmT79AA__hkv0-ybJS48v43-tmK7c1/view?usp=drivesdk And here is a link to the Recidivist Bible Camp bandcamp, where “shooticide” is available to be pried out of capitalisms cold, dead hand for a nominal fee: https://leftover-crack.bandcamp.com/track/shootacide Here are the dates with most of the venues listed, there are a couple were still working on: 3/20 Oxnard @ Mary Olson’s 3/21 Long Beach @ LBC Supply and Demand 3/22 Lancaster @ Transplants 3/23 LA @ Regent Theater 3/24 Portland @ Stage 722 3/25 Seattle @ El Corazon 3/27 San Francisco @ Thee Parkside 3/28 Fresno @ Destructive Warehouse 3/29 Santa Ana @ Constellation Room 3/30 Las Vegas @ Sinwave 3/31 Murrieta @ Solaris Do you want to see Leftöver Crack play a music concert? by @crackdaddycaine
I’ve been trying to improve Frank’s quality of life here in this 5th floor tenement “walk-up”. The removal of the bottom file cabinet drawer & the installation of the super-soft & shaggy bathroom mat as a little cozy Frank-cave turned out to be a surprise hit. I think that, next, I’m gonna blast out a Frank “portal” on the (Heavy) Metal 🤘 front door to the apartment, so that way, he can come & go as he pleases. When the chips are down, there’s Frank & as long as he’s cozy & fed, i can absolutely carry on. by @crackdaddycaine
Not that i’m missed. I just want to apologize for not keeping appointments & stuff. Plus, i don’t have many people over, so, i didn’t really notice the devolution into becoming a bio-hazard… again… So, is the joke with the soda drink “pepsi” that it’s pig latin for sepsis? that’s #sepsisNOTstepsis yes, i’m Not talking about the grotesque porn… by @crackdaddycaine
help me save this pigeon! by @crackdaddycaine
Here is the rest of this evening‘s pigeon saga. Frank is in front of the door. Pigeon is underneath radiator pipe or I hope not further in it and I am going to sleep. Please feel free to come help a pigeon a Frank or a Sturgeon out you know or better yet leave Sturgeon alone & help the pigeon or the Frank. They are special and I am quite decidedly not… so, good night. by @crackdaddycaine
So, I’ve developed an “odd” hobby & that is my almost “OCD” desire to vacuum my apartment & probably your apartment too if there’s a decent vacuum cleaner… my favorite part is the sound of hundreds of tiny hardened bits of dirt, crashing against the transparent inside of most vacuums. Then, the satisfaction of a “clean slate”… Today though, was different from other days: “Why is today different from other days?”: Well, to answer, the most irritating part of Passover sader, today, I found a lot of pigeon feathers all@over the carpet… long story short I moved a bunch of crap from the edges of the couch and Frank the cat was very interested in that area but I didn’t really think about it at the time. Fast-forward to 3 AM about 12 hours later I pulled the couch out after vacuuming the feathers and lo and behold little pigeon feet hiding from Frank and underneath the radiator behind a piece of wood. Part two coming in mere moments… by @crackdaddycaine

I’m sure that most people are aware of the so-called “Mandela Effect”. Thus far we have really only seen & heard this occurring with brand logos & editable media, like famous lines from films & visual details of fictional characters clothing & other “things” that could be manipulated by corporation for the most part. Does anyone know of a “Mandela Effect” that involves the words in a famous novel changing? And verified this by reading this change in an old copy of the aforementioned book? Or a person’s name changing that is still alive, or only very recently deceased? Memories are very tricky things & it’s been proven that every time we remember an event in our minds, it changes slightly like a cerebral game of telephone. So, it is just as likely that we are being messed with, en mass, by the powers that be, in some sort of devious psi-op, where the whole proletarian world is being subject to a not so subtle type of brainwashing. I think that it might be wise to contemplate the utter vapidity of worrying about asinine details like the actual name of the Bernstein Bears, Cheez-its, Chic-Filet or if “Luke, I am your father”. What are we actually being distracted from? Preoccupy yourself with ending your tax financed genocide at the hands of our so-called “allies” that have attacked this country in legitimately reported “false flag attacks” more than we have been successfully attacked in legitimately proven “Islamic terror attacks”. Imagine the compromising “dirt” that our middle-eastern bedfellows must have on the people that create & commit our hypocritical war criminal policies & fork over your hard earned dollars to finance ongoing genocide against a religion that holds violence against innocent people as a fundamental principle of their religion. by @crackdaddycaine

I got to tick another favorite artist off of my “while we’re both still alive” list: @alfredyankovic in New Jersey! Thanks to Kristina for the ticket, when the call comes in, I’m ready! #AmishParadise other highlights included the Star Wars double-encore of the “American Pie” cover “the saga begins”(?) (“my, my this here Anakin guy, maybe Vader someday later, now he’s just a small fry…”) & “Yoda” (“Lola” by the Kinks), “Dare to be Stupid” & the non-parody cover of Paul Simon’s “You can call me Al”. Here’s a short-list of other artists/bands that I feel like I’ll probably never get to see, but will try my damndest to get to if the opportunity/timing/money present themselves: Arcade Fire, Paul McCartney, Talking Heads, Aqua, Lorde, Spinal Tap, Erasure, Feist, Duran Duran, the Kinks, Slipknot,Paul Simon, Hot Snakes, Cyndi Lauper, Cake & Naughty by Nature… I’m missing some bands that still might play out, otherwise, I’ve either missed them (The Cars, Prince, M.J., Queen, Led Zeppelin, 2Pac, Van Halen, Journey, Mobb Deep, Tribe Called Quest) or I’ve been fortunate enough to see them (Hall & Oates, Wu Tang with YDirtyB, Old Dirty Bastard, the Cure, Pixies, Siouxsie & The Banshees, the Strokes, Faith No More, Adam Ant, Lupe Fiasco, Violent Femmes, They Might Be Giants, Dethklok, Living Colour, De La Soul, PIL, Chumbawamba, Conflict, Immortal Technique, OutKast, Billy Joel, Devo, Dead Prez, Bone Thugs, Suicidal Tendencies, Skeleton Witch, Slayer, the Coup, Tenacious D, the Specials (w/Terry Hall), Sepultura, Huey Lewis & the News, Joe Strummer, Madness, Smashing Pumpkins, the English Beat, David Byrne, Death Cab, Modest Mouse, The Postal Service, Los Crudos, Schlong, Pansy Division, OMD, Slayer, Kid Cudi, Neutral Milk Hotel, Daniel Johnston, Snoop Dogg, Alice Donut, Bikini Kill, False Prophets, Sonic Youth, B52’s, Limp Wrist & so many more… Many before they broke-up & reunioned & more than half for free on festivals that I was fortunate to have been invited to play at… Fingers crossed, the bullshit rumors & flat out lies on the internet don’t last forever I have the opportunity to continue the trajectory of hard-won success that I enjoyed until COVID. by @crackdaddycaine
