Hallo, meine Lieben!

Ich habe ein außergewöhnliches Restaurant in Berlin entdeckt, das ich am liebsten für mich behalten würde. Aber euch davon nicht zu erzählen, wäre einfach eine Sünde!

Hier stimmt einfach alles: die Lage, das wunderschöne Ambiente, der aufmerksame Service und das unglaublich leckere Essen.

Ich kam mit einem Lächeln und habe den ganzen Abend gestrahlt.

Ein Ort, der nicht nur in Erinnerung bleibt, sondern für immer im Herzen. Und ich überlege jetzt schon, wann ich wiederkomme!

Pumpkin season is back.

Lightly marinated and roasted until caramelized, it is layered over a smooth lemon-garlic fagioli purée, and topped with sautéed capers, chili, and tomato. Finished with crisp pumpkin chips for more texure.

It’s hard to define what it takes to make a dish taste like summer. I used to think this season was shaped by big bowls of salads and fruits. But yesterday I tried @crackersberlin and completely changed my mind.

With seasonal products, light and fruity dishes, and a fresh-looking architecture, Crackers developed a menu that tastes literally like summer.

How I define a ‘summer’ dish? Herbal flavours, juicy ingredients, slightly spiced and a bit of crunchiness to entretain the bite. The watermelon with cantaloupe, romesco, and coriander was my favourite (2nd image).

The special drinks menu was a plus! I tried the one with Gin and olive, twice…
