Fair sized living room and kitchen, washer and dryer are in unit. 1220 sq sf over all. Parking is on the street. 4/20 friendly and pet friendly, I have 2 cats, dog friendly as long as your dog is cool with small animals and doesn’t eat furniture. Whipped up some blueberry simple syrup and plucked some fresh mint from the garden @sequoia_diner to make a nice Blueberry Mojito for Mother’s Day. Then grabbed some more rum, espresso liqueur, made an orange liqueur, tossed in a splash of lemon juice and then clarified that through some coconut milk for a tikified White Russian that I’m calling Brevity in honor of The Dude(I’m still playing with the name, if might change). If you missed them, you might be able to still catch them while supplies last, only at Sequoia Diner. taken in Sequoia Diner by @craftbeernerd

I had the chance to represent @josmodernthai in a barrel stave selection with @makersmark along with some other great representatives from AAPI bars/restaurants in the Oakland & San Francisco area this week out at @rokaakor_sf It was such an amazing experience developing a whiskey along side many other great professionals. I can’t wait to see the end result of our experiment in May.

Drinking a Como La Flor down at @calaveraoakland
Granicera Mexican gin, Lo Pi Gentian amaro, Lilet rosé, lemon, & cranberry bitters.

Damn this is good. Floral, but sweet. It’s a real nice balance between those two but still letting the gin shine. Definitely going to try to make this at home. taken in Calavera by @craftbeernerd

Cheers Grandpa. Happy birthday. Sorry I’m a few minutes late but I doubt time matters. It’s not a Spaten but it’s a Pils so hopefully good enough. I miss you. by @craftbeernerd
