TES Artist Highlight Sue Muir (@flodesigncocanada) is the artist behind FLO Design Co. She had been designing and creating uniquely organic jewellery in her home studio (est. 2017) in North Vancouver. Largely self-taught, Sue has also sought out valuable instruction from highly regarded silversmiths internationally. Prior to immersing herself in the world of jewellery, Sue was a sought-after professional photographer for two decades. Alongside her creative endeavors, Sue has participated in many important fundraising campaigns. She studied Public Engagement at Simon Fraser University. TES Artist Highlight Evgenia Zoidaki (@evzojewellery) lives and works in Greece. She has been running her own studio, Evza, since 2015, where she creates jewellery made of gold, silver, gemstones, enamel, and synthetic materials. Her creations are inspired by everything that surrounds and affects her, from ancient art to whatever captures the eye in modern cities where she travels. Upcoming Exhibition: Carly Nabess (@beadedhuckleberry) works across disciplines to bring together Métis flat-stitch beadwork and tufting, as well as beaded watercolour landscapes. Her practice is guided by visiting, an approach rooted in relational accountability, intuition, and storytelling. Finding Home Among the Floral Tuppies is a relational body of work grounded in stitchwork, kinship, and land-based practice, centring the creation of tuppies (dog blankets). TES Artist Highlight Judi Patson (@evendesign) is the founder and designer behind Even Design, an independent jewellery practice established in 2003. Her work centres on balance, meaning, and the idea of jewellery as a tangible memory–objects that mark moments, relationships, and lived experience.The earring set was created using lost wax casting, followed by traditional goldsmith finishing techniques. Hand-fabricated prototypes were developed to resolve form and proportion before being translated into wax for investment casting. After casting, the components were refined by hand through filing, sanding, and controlled polishing to define edges and surfaces.
