Handwoven Recycle Denim Pants
feature the benefits of the recycling process they bring. While we may not be able to change the world, at least we've been involved in one of the movements that is a real action of loving the environment. The warp thread color is obtained by dyeing with indigo and tingi tree bark for up to 14 dips. The weft thread used is a yarn produced from the recycling process of fabric scraps that are first shredded into cotton.

Our Simple Waste Water Treatment

Every day we create clothing with natural dyes, which leaves quite a lot of waste.
we give it a second life bye reusing it.
the journey strats with a special drainage system that channels the leftover dye water into a sedimentation tank.

Sendimentation tank
we add alum so that particles like clay, mud, and even bacteria clump together and sink to the bottom.

Aeration pond
the water flows into an aeration pond, where oxygen helps break down impurities and refresher the water

Filter tank
after that, it passes through a filter tankto separate any remaining solids.

Microbial pond
Finally, the water enters a microbial pond,
where beneficial microbes neutralize the last traces of chemicals.

The result? clear, clean water that is safe for life so clean, even fish can thrive in it. with this wastewater treatment system we are able to save 67%-73% of water giving nature back what it truly deserves.
