This was one of those shoots where everything came together at the very last minute.

We got the green light almost 48 hours before the shoot, so by the time we finished scouting on Saturday, we were already getting everything ready for a 5:00 AM call time on Sunday to catch the sunrise.

The crew was intentionally kept small to preserve the atmosphere of the hotel, but we were still juggling the main film, social content, drone shots, and three talents moving between different setups throughout the day.

I remember constantly checking what every unit was doing, making sure we were all moving together without getting in each other's way. It felt like there was always one more thing to think about, but somehow everything found its rhythm once the day got going.

Watching the final film now, it’s honestly hard to believe how it all came together. And I think that’s what I like most about producing.

Produced as part of Dreem’s "كريم شانتيه" campaign.

During our two days of shooting, I was mainly involved with supporting and coordinating the digital and photography units on set.

What made this project particularly challenging was that the digital and photography units were sharing almost everything with the main production setup like cast, lighting, locations, and sometimes even time itself.

We were working within extremely tight windows before setups had to immediately move back to the main unit to keep the overall schedule running.

A lot of the process became about adapting quickly under pressure and constantly finding ways to move fast without compromising the frame, reshaping setups on the spot to fot the digital scope, and trying to capture as much as possible before losing access to the space, cast, or lighting again while always trying to meet every request the client has and adjusting little things on the go.

Looking back at the final pieces now, it’s funny how controlled everything feels on screen compared to how chaotic the actual process sometimes was behind the scenes.

The project ended up spending months in post production, mainly because of the complexity of building the CGI driven alternate world the characters transition into.

Projects like this always remind me that production is rarely about perfect conditions, most of the time, it’s about staying calm enough to keep things moving when conditions are far from perfect. by @craftedbytoma

Produced as part of the rollout campaign for Ahmed Saad’s album حبيبنا

Behind every frame is constant movement.

On this shoot, my role focused mainly on cast coordination, relocations across setups, and handling the drone unit throughout production days.

What I’ve grown to love about production is the balance between structure and unpredictability.

A lot of the work happens quietly in the background:
timelines shifting in real time, moving people efficiently, solving location issues, and making sure different departments stay aligned under pressure.

Every project comes with its own rhythm, challenges, and way of unfolding.

Always grateful for the opportunity to learn how to adapt within that process. It's one thing I always appreciate about working in production. by @craftedbytoma
