did a test cut on scrap metal before using the proper clean sheet metal, during this the expandables ran out so i had to replace nozzle hardware and relaunch (what yellow warning on power supply meant btw). fixed then cut panels for the tube furnace. also fixed bandsaw so 1" steel extrusions can be cut. gotta bend the cut metal and add bolt holes next week/weld taken in Ontario, Canada by @craftercheese

Machined hammer head, encountered a few issues:
My inserts were wearing fast so my friend Ako suggested I include thermal expansion, she was right, thermal expansion caused the material and tool holder to have a combined expansion of 0.15mm, the inserts rated a 0.25mm in steel however this caused it to machine 0.4mm, adjusting for thermal expansion have cleaner cuts and a better surface finish. Overall accuracy is 0.0575mm +- 0.01mm radially. by @craftercheese

Anodized aluminium, cleaned oxide layer in 0.75M NaOH and the acid etched in 1.35M sulphuric acid. Then dyed and sealed in boiling water. Used titanium as conductor for the aluminum part since it hardly reacts at this concentration. It was tricky because acid had to stay cool since the reaction is exothermic, but overall this was a really really cool project I'm happy to have gotten the chance to do. I should probably get to drawing again lol. taken in Canada by @craftercheese
