We were thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking yesterday for Atmosphere Norman, an exciting new student housing community serving the University of Oklahoma.

Developed by Trinitas Ventures, this seven-story, 209-unit facility will deliver vibrant, high-density living options ranging from studio to five-bedroom floor plans just steps from campus.

Our team is proud to serve as the site development engineer, providing full civil engineering and surveying services. We are honored to work with Trinitas Ventures, Cowen Construction, and Powers Brown Architecture to help bring this vision to life for OU students.

A place to call home. An opportunity to build a future.

We recently joined our partners for the grand opening of McAuley Place in Bentonville, AR! This affordable housing community expands access to quality homes for local families and helps Bentonville School District employees live closer to the community they serve and gives them opportunities to work toward the goal of homeownership.

As the lead architect, BUF Studio is grateful for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life alongside @excelleratefoundation, @snyderconstructiongroup, @cjdengineering, @craftontull, @burckart.construction.inc, and the many other partners who made this possible.

Congratulations to the entire team on this meaningful milestone. We’re excited to see the legacy McAuley Place will leave for so many.

Move in dates start next month for McAuley Place and a grand opening was held last week. Housing affordability is a growing challenge in Northwest Arkansas. That’s why we are so excited to be part of McAuley Place, an affordable housing initiative spearheaded by the Excellerate Foundation in partnership with Bentonville Schools, Mercy Health, and Arvest Bank. The 40 cottages will primarily serve Bentonville Public School employees, who can enroll in a homeownership assistance program and matching downpayment grant. An additional 120 apartment units will provide below-market rentals for families earning 30-60 percent of the area median income. Additionally, McAuley House will serve as both an on-site early learning center and a host site for adult classes during evening hours. The development is between Bentonville Community Center and a Mercy Health clinic with easy access to trails and other community resources.

Growth in Northwest Arkansas shows no signs of slowing down, and The Visionaries is a project that helps to bring that picture into focus. This building is one of the largest office developments in Northwest Arkansas' thriving Pinnacle Hills area and it celebrated an official ribbon cutting in July.

Crafton Tull provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture for this four-story landmark that has added to the area’s skyline. This nearly 195,000-square-foot mixed-use building is anchored by Nestlé and features office, retail, and parking space, along with amenities including a conference center, pickleball court, and even a dog park for Nestlé's pet food division.

As this area continues to grow, projects like this are helping to shape one of the region's premier business destinations in one of the fastest growing parts of Arkansas. We're proud to be part of the team bringing this vision to life. by @craftontull

We are thrilled to announce that Daniel Ellis has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Daniel has spent his entire 26-year career with Crafton Tull, leading key regional projects like Mercy Hospital NWA and the Walmart AMP. In his new role, he will focus on driving operational efficiency and quality across all 11 of our office locations.

He is a licensed land surveyor in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Colorado and earned a Master of Business Administration from John Brown University.

Soon, Jonesboro residents won't have to travel far for access to a premier sports and recreation facility.

Crafton Tull's architecture team, in conjunction with Grace Design Studios, designed the First Community Bank Sportsplex, a multi-use recreational facility that's currently under construction. The facility is expected to generate $42.8 million in combined annual economic impact over the next 30 years.
