Pizza oven ramen has entered the chat. We took this frozen ramen and fired it up in a pizza oven because "easy dinner" needed a little more main character energy. Smoky, broth, melty, noodle-y chaos in the best way possible. Crafty Ramen started as a restaurant. We traveled all over Japan and attended the Yamato Ramen School. We brought back what we learned and have been refining our recipes for years.
