Today, I want to speak about the two who have truly touched our hearts @bipashabasu and @iamksgofficial

We’ve all known Bipasha as a superstar. But this summer at Crafty Bugs Atelier, I was privileged to witness something even more extraordinary—Bipasha Basu, the mother.

Not just to her sweet Devi, but to every single child in our class.

She was here every day—fully present. She sat right there on the floor with all the nannies, glue stick in hand, helping, comforting, laughing. She brought no airs, only love.
And it wasn’t just for her child—it was for all our children. She cheered them on, comforted them. She mothered them all, with the kind of quiet grace that speaks louder than any spotlight ever could.

Bipasha, thank you for showing us the most beautiful side of you. You’ve given your time, your heart, and your presence so fully—and in doing so, you became the heart of this summer school.

Karan has been the only dad in class who came every session and helped us help the children, sometimes becoming a lion, sometimes feeding all the babies. It’s sooooo heart warming to see this because it’s special and RARE!!!

The summer school may be over, but this is where our journey begins!!!!
With love and gratitude—from all of us at Crafty Bugs Atelier 🐛
we adore you BOTH!!!!! by @craftybugsatelier

Got the incredible opportunity to work with the one and only Kareena Kapoor and life came a full circle, I mean every girl does think she is pooh or Geet at some point in her life right!
To every girl who has danced like no one’s watching, chased her dreams with fire, and believed in the magic of being unapologetically herself - this one’s for you.
Dreams do come true! Looking ahead to a fabulous year with our gorgeous mumma bug

Through Crafty Bugs Atelier, we have had the opportunity to interact with soooo many amazing mommies and daddies who are striving each day to carve a beautiful future for their children …and then I met …Soha!!!

@sakpataudi is often admired for her grace and intelligence, but what struck a chord with me is her humility. Yes, despite her celebrity status and linage, her poise, sincerity, humility and love have shone through in ALL our interactions, reflecting her genuine and compassionate personality. What I admire most about her is when we planned the Gurudwara seva excursion for the bugs, she jumped in on the opportunity to serve and went all in on it with ALL the other mummas.❤️🧿🌈

She hand held us through the camp making it a success and we hope in a tiny way we were able to make a huge impact on all the bugs. We love you Soha - the summer camp may be over but This is where we begin ❤️

Three years ago, a girl who was trying to put the pieces of herself back together started Crafty Bugs Atelier from the ground up. She had no idea that what felt like the end of her world would lead her to her purpose. 🥹❤️

If I could go back and hold that girl’s hand, I’d tell her, “Just wait, baby. Hold on. Life is about to get more magical than you could ever imagine.”

Today, I know my rock bottom wasn’t my ending. It was my launchpad. And what began as a way to find myself has become a purpose-driven journey to build something meaningful, touch little lives, and create a universe far bigger than I ever dreamed.

To God, the Universe, my family, my incredible team, our clients, and the supermoms of Mumbai, thank you for being a part of this story. My heart is fuller than words can say.

Happy 3rd birthday, Crafty Bugs. The girl who once had to rebuild herself is now building a universe. And trust me, we’re only getting started. 🐞✨

Love,

The dream has never been small. And building a universe takes an army. ❤️✨

Crafty Bugs has always been built on love, purpose, and the belief that our children deserve a better world. And for me, finding the right people with the right values has always been at the heart of this journey.

One and a half years ago, Tasha Nayyar joined Crafty Bugs as a teacher. Her loyalty, creative mind, and unwavering commitment have been a blessing. Did i mention LOYALTY 🥰🥹🙃
And so , I’m delighted to join forces with her for our next big chapter - media!

We’re opening the Entertainment Wing of Crafty Bugs Atelier, beginning with media and The Superbugtopians — a universe crafty bugs has been passionately building for three years in the making!

Here’s to bigger dreams, shared values, and building something extraordinary together.

Three years ago, Crafty Bugs Atelier began with a simple belief — that childhood deserves experiences that spark curiosity, imagination and joy.

Over these three years, our classrooms have been our greatest teachers. Every story, every activity and every child has taught us what children truly love, what they need, what they deserve — and what we believe the world needs more of.

And quietly, through all of it, a whole new universe has been brewing.

A world of stories, characters, music, imagination and values WITH purpose — born from everything we’ve learnt and everything we believe in.

The Superbugtopians are the beginning of that world. 🐛✨

This isn’t a new direction. It’s the natural evolution of everything Crafty Bugs has been building for the last three years.

And now, we’re ready to bring it to life.

Welcome to the world we’ve been brewing since 3 years, welcome to ‘The Superbugtopians ‘ here’s where The adventure begins. 💛 by @craftybugsatelier

There’s a whole new bunch of superheroes coming to town. 🐛✨

Who are they? What are they? And what are their superpowers?

You’ll know soon enough. ;)

But here’s a little hint…

After spending so much time around children, we’ve come to believe that some of the most important superpowers come from a place that is wonderfully simple, unfiltered and full of imagination.

A child’s heart. ❤️

And maybe that’s exactly where these superheroes get theirs too.

More soon. ✨ by @craftybugsatelier

Crafty Bugs has been growing. And growing. And growing. 🧡🐛

And somewhere along the way, we’ve grown a whole new wing.

Growth has been exciting, nerve wracking and extremely non linear. It’s been intimidating, overwhelming, and a little petrifying sometimes. There are so many moments where we have wondered if we are ready for what comes next, or if we are taking on too much.

But then we see the children.

We see their faces light up when they discover something new. You see them completely immersed in a story, laughing at a character, singing along to a song, or looking at something we’ve created with that very particular kind of wonder that children have.

And this specifically is what makes all the uncertainty worth it.

Those little moments have been our biggest reward — and, more than anything else, they’re what have kept pushing us to grow, experiment, dream a little bigger, and keep creating.

So yes, this next wing feels big.

A little scary. A little exciting. And very, very special.

We’re so excited to have you grow along with us 🐛✨🦋 by @craftybugsatelier

👑 A Note from Our Founder

“Crafty Bugs is more than creativity—it’s about creating little moments of joy, kindness and imagination in every child’s world. My vision is to make art, stories and meaningful experiences accessible to every child, while helping them create, express, connect and believe in themselves. 🐞✨

Every child deserves a little magic. ✨🐘

This Ganpati, Crafty Bugs, together with CONNECTFOR, brought the joy of art, culture, and celebration to the children of Gilbert School. ❤️

@connectfor.cf

Through colourful storytelling, playful puppetry, creative activities, delicious food, and plenty of smiles, we created a space where every child could learn, imagine, create, and celebrate. 🎨🎭🌺

Because giving is not only about what we give —
it’s about giving every child the chance to experience, participate, and belong. ✨

And when culture is shared with little hearts,
the celebration becomes even more beautiful. ❤️
