Berry good fuel! Our bars are a favourite with distance athletes (think trail runners, mountain bikers and similar legends) because they provide that sustained energy you need to keep going and going (and going).We're pretty proud that the unique combination of nuts, seeds and natural sugars in our bars gives that slow-release energy without any of the sugar crashes. 💪🏻And David and Clare who are both avid walkers and bikers would know!
