Most people dread Mondays. I get it. The weekend ends, the inbox is full, and the week already feels like it’s coming at you.

Here’s how I’ve started seeing it: Monday isn’t the start of a grind. It’s the one clean reset you get every single week. Your week, your systems, your team, your priorities: nothing’s locked in yet. You get to decide what this one looks like. 💫 by @craig.solutions

Wanted to share that this weekend, I married the love of my life in Mexico City. ❤️
A year ago I moved here for love and started running ASC from Mexico. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made, both personally and professionally. Turns out you can build something that lasts from anywhere when you’re clear on what matters.

Grateful to everyone who celebrated with us this weekend. Family, friends, and clients who’ve become family.

Hey, it’s Craig. When I moved to Mexico, I thought it was going to be all about the lifestyle different pace, different scenery. It wasn’t… It ended up rewiring how I work. That’s the shift nobody tells you about. Moving abroad didn’t just change my address. It forced me to get honest about priorities ...I stopped confusing being busy with being useful.

And honestly this story isn’t just about work. My fiancée is Mexican, and falling for her, and building a life here, is a big part of why I had to figure this out for real. Love will reprioritize you faster than any productivity system ever will.

If you’re running a team right now, you don’t need to move to another country or fall in love in one to learn this. But ask yourself the question that made me figure it out: what actually needs you, and what have you just been hovering over out of habit? by @craig.solutions

Mexico City, taking a minute. ☀️

Business runs just fine without me hovering over it because the systems are actually built to carry it. That’s the whole point of working smarter instead of harder and we are the solution you’re looking for.

The Secret Sauce to Negotiating Your Salary

👉 Present Hard Data: Know your achievement! Be specific about your contributions and the impact those contributions have had on the company’s profitability or success
👉 Master the Art of Silence: Remain confident! After asking a question and/or presenting your case, be silent - let the other person respond.
Remember: whoever speaks first often loses the upper hand
👉Align your Interests: Frame your request as something that benefits the company! You’re not just asking for more money, you’re showing how you can contribute more value in return.
