First and foremost God bless and praise be to him! Today I bought my Dad a bike he has been dreaming about for a long time. This is his 2025 Triumph Bonneville T120 Icon Edition! Thank you dad for teaching me to ride a dirtbike before I even knew how to tie my shoes. Thank you for showing me how to ride street. Riding has been something so meaningful to me throughout my life that it is a struggle to articulate that feeling. A couple weeks back while at my buddy Parco’s wedding, which my parents were invited to, my old man and I were talking bikes (what’s new lol) and something inside of me picked that moment to say “I want to buy you a bike pops”. Fast forward from that night, to a few days ago and my dad told me that he did the same thing for his old man, bought him a bike as his thank you for teaching him to ride! And what was it? A Triumph! Man, life has some very wild and heartfelt moments. Grandpa (RIP) thank you for teaching my dad and through you, him teaching me. Today I feel that I am where I am supposed to be in life, which is a feeling I have felt quite disconnected from for the better part of 2025. I can’t wait for us to dial in my Dyna and finally ride our Continental divide trip! by @craig_taylor_

This past week I got to spend a few days in Detroit, for Rockets 40th anniversary. Got to see some old friends and make some new ones. As I sat on my flight home and processed the week, I realized how much I don’t tell people the truth of what the real answer when asked how I’ve been since my accident (some people haven’t seen me at work since 2019). I give the easy and optimistic answer.. “good!”. The honest and quite terrifying (to personally accept and comprehend) answer is that I hurt constantly. Every step I take doesn’t just hurt, but further disintegrates the bones of where my femur meets my knee, where my knee meets my tibia, where my tibia meets my ankle. I can’t remember the last morning I didn’t have to enter in to a war of attrition with the thought of getting out bed and knowing I would have to clench my fists and hobble like I don’t have two fucking feet that know what walking is.
