When does it end?
Just when you think you've finished it, the cycle begins. @sophie__white you're doing it all, on your own

Unfamously quoted by myself "hard things aren't meant to be easy"
16 week training block finished today. @andoverhalf PB. All the early mornings, long runs, lots of carbs and all the aches were worth it. Held myself accountable and got the job done. 2 years ago I would not have considered running let alone a half marathon, especially this course. Absolutely miles ahead on fitness and mental grit from March and the Reading half marathon.

Super proud day pacing Sophie for the @great_run in Portsmouth. Planned it 7 years ago to run it together, covid cancelled it and it never really became a thing again until last year.

Initially wanted to aim for 7.20s or a sub 2, she worked hard and paced out at 6.58 average and smashed 6 minutes off her intended time.
Great vibes and support all round.
See you next year for some more PBs hopefully 🤞🏻

Time for a change. I think it makes me look younger 👨🏻 Sound on 🔊 Brownie isn't convinced nor happy about it. Fancy making me swear on our children's lives that I like it 🤷🏼‍♂️ by @craig_white1000

11 years married with my Brownie 😘

Definitely copied @hellodimeji on this. Can't wait to get out on a proper bike ride with the girls. Safe to say Georgie loves it

Niamh has just learnt the hard way. After Sophie and myself both telling her to put her case back on her tablet, she didn't, and now its smashed 🤦‍♂️ tears have fallen and it's time for her to learn the consequences. KIDS NEVER LISTEN
I filmed this not to make fun of her but to show how odd that shes wrapped it, wrote a note and given it a makeshift coffin 😂
