How it started vs how it’s going! lol 2 years and 91 lost pounds and I earned my 4th stripe tonight! Being on the mats is something special to me! I get to forget everything there and just focus.. I go back to work tomorrow after being off for 3 weeks! Being off with my wife and my daughter has been an absolute dream! I would normally be worried and have anxiety about not working for that long but God has given me so much peace and opened my eyes to realizing this was a blessing. I got to spend so much time with both of them! I am sad though because this is what I’m going to miss the most.. sitting out in the morning feeling the sun on our faces and listening to all of dad’s different music until she falls asleep. But dads gotta go back to work cause we got toys and dresses and everything to buy to Princess Lily ❤️🤣 by @craneman512

I participated in my First jiu jitsu competition today! Man what a rush! I had so much fun! Didn’t get the Gold but I learned so much and that itself is a win! Can’t wait for the next one in June! Thanks to all my teammates that help train at @lockhartjiujitsu ! I can’t wait to get my daughter on the mats and make this a family thing! A big thank you to my wife @court_ray for always being my biggest supporter, @miedematroy @pete1667 and of course @3rdcoastluv for being in my corner and coaching me!
