A little NEI for my friends… I’ve been going to therapy since 2013. Ten years ago, I started attending group therapy, and it’s so fucking cool.

Despite how cool (and hard) it is, I remember being met with a lot of resistance from people I loved. The unwillingness to change and the fear of confronting real shit and sitting in uncomfortable spaces weren’t as apparent to me then as they are now.

It has always been about getting to the other side. Of what? Everything? To be better, to be more digestible, to be understood. But I’m on my third iteration of group (I left previous ones for growth opportunities and then knee surgery), and it’s seemingly just now turning into something else. I love this little slow burn of magical change and, eventually, radical acceptance. That’s all. by @crasserole

Sandy Lane Enduro. 86 miles in the tightest (see hand guard and missing plate), root-iest, single track magic. I’ve felt really rough coming back this year but still showing up. Hopefully I’ll find some flow again soon. by @crasserole
