Dance is a completely different emotion for me 🫶🏻
I can never express enough how much it means to me ❤️

I have never performed on any song dedicated to Sri Radhe Krishna before @vinayakghoshal came up with his mesmerising choreography on Tere Rang ✨
I realised how the songs made a whimsical impact on me and I fell for them with all heart ❤️

Then in my regular classes we started learning this choreography by none other than the sweetest @ashwinipagey 🌼 I knew this is addictive and then she started telling us stories of how to express ourselves and I went full out during rehearsals

The after class glow was becoming unreal 🥹

Finally one morning we had our shoot 🫶🏻 I woke up shockingly early. Dressed up in this beautiful lehenga with a heart full of divine emotions I adorned myself with alta ✨ Reminded me of my classical training days and my school performances 🫶🏻 With a kumkum bindi box and a heart full of energy channelling Radhe 🥹 we had our shoot

The room was filled with beautiful people and everyone looked gorgeous in their looks 🦚

I have done performances and shoots before but this is always going to have a special place in my heart as I didn’t dance to remember the steps but I danced by feeling every emotion the entire routine had to provide 🫶🏻✨

Reuniting with dance after 8 long years was definitely a challenge but nowadays I have started feeling the steps more than doing it 🤌🏻

There are some dance pieces you learn, some you perform, and some that stay with you long after the music stops. 🤍✨ Tere Rang is going to be one of those pieces for me! This is gonna be a true, true core memory.

What began as a 3-hour workshop with the incredibly talented @vinayakghoshal turned into intensive hours of learning, feeling, unlearning, repeating, and surrendering to the choreography. This piece has been trending for years, but experiencing it in the room, learning it from the person who created it, felt completely different. Every movement had a feeling behind it. Every transition had a story. And somehow, by the end of those five hours, it felt like we weren’t just dancing to Tere Rang, we were living it. 🫶🏻

And then came the story. The story of Radha and Krishna, of two souls who met for just a fleeting moment, only to be separated again, yet carrying a love that knew no ending. The way Vinayak narrated their story before we danced… There was something so delicate and heartbreaking about it. We were all listening, completely immersed, and somewhere between the words, the music and the emotion, we got teary.🥹🤍 It made the choreography feel so much deeper, like every movement was carrying a piece of their love, longing and separation.

One beautiful story. So many emotions. And a piece I know I’ll come back to years from now. Thank you, Vinayak, for making us understand God’s intervention. Some workshops teach you choreography. Some leave you with a memory. This one gave me both. 🌙✨

It was an evening, probably a Saturday, and I came across a reel of the prettiest and sassiest and most adorable @anvishetty 🥹🧿🤌🏻 on this song. The choreography had my heart ♥️
