Hi, I’m Kendel — the person behind the camera.

Photography started as something simple for me. I’ve always had my phone overflowing with photos from moments I didn’t want to forget. Over time, that simple habit grew into something bigger — an itch and an urge to get my first camera. From the moment I picked it up, I was hooked. I’ve poured countless hours into photography, from long shoots to late nights editing. Sometimes it’s taken blood, sweat, and frustration, but every second has been worth it.

If you meet me, you’ll probably notice pretty quickly that I’m a bit of a wild child. I’m funny, outgoing, loud, and maybe a little crazy — but that energy is exactly what I bring into my photography sessions. I love making people laugh, helping them relax, and creating an environment where they can truly be themselves.

What I enjoy most about photography is the connection with people. Every person has a story, and every session is different. My goal isn’t just to take photos — it’s to capture moments that feel honest and natural. The smiles, the nervous excitement, the love between people — those are the moments that matter.

Off-road racing has always been a huge part of my life as well. I grew up out in the desert spending time watching VORRA races, especially during Memorial Weekend in Yerington — sometimes even on my birthday. My phone was always full of videos of the races whenever they came into town, so eventually it just made sense to grab my camera and start capturing it for real. I love photographing the dirt, the speed, and the racers flying by. Every speck of dust that lands on me is worth it. Off-road photography might even be my favorite thing to shoot.

Thank you for being here and letting me be part of your story. And most importantly, thank you to everyone who has trusted me to capture the special moments in your lives.
— Kendel

For My Seniors 🤍

I’ll be honest… I was once that senior.

I remember wanting those beautiful senior pictures that everyone else posted and wanting to have those same photos and memories to look back on, but also knowing that not everyone has hundreds of dollars to spend on a photo session. Senior year already comes with so many expenses, and I don’t believe that the cost of pictures should mean you have to miss out on having photos you absolutely love.

I recently came across another photographer doing something similar, and I thought it was such a sweet idea. It really stuck with me because I know how much it would have meant to me when I was a senior.

So, I decided I wanted to do it too. 🥹🤍

I’ll be offering budget-friendly senior portrait sessions throughout September, and I’ll be bringing them back again in March for another round of seniors!

Nothing fancy or over-the-top—just a fun, affordable way to capture this special time in your life and give you pictures you’ll be able to look back on for years to come.

Because I was once that senior, and I know how special these pictures can be. 🤍

You deserve to have the senior pictures you’ve always wanted without breaking the bank.

Message me for details or to grab a spot! 📸✨ by @crazy.k.photography_
