A few months ago, every morning felt heavier than the last. I would wake up tired, drag myself through work, and come home completely exhausted. By evening, all I wanted to do was sleep. The gym something I once enjoyed started to feel impossible. Even lifting light weights felt like a struggle.
I remember looking at myself one day and thinking, “This isn’t me.”I missed feeling strong. I missed feeling alive.

A few months ago, I felt like I was running on empty.

Sometimes, you don’t need to search for beauty it quietly finds you. Today, while riding on an auto to work, I looked up and found a little heart in that auto . A tiny reminder that even on an ordinary day, life leaves behind beautiful little moments worth noticing. ❤️
