It was a magical day and night 🤩🤓. Last night the sky indeed was much darker than usual. Glad that we caught at least 3 shooting stars together looking at the same direction 😛. It was a funny evening.

話說我個好膠嘅project partner（🤣）因為上年佢夾硬塞去我哋個Christmas Market個booth位賣佢啲product，但其實佢肯join係件好事，因為大家都好開心可以買到佢嘅product，佢大特賣又好，見年輕人買2送1又好，大家都因為佢而買到啲好實用又抵嘅產品，送聖誕禮物俾人哋之餘，又順便送埋俾自己。

而我都緊係唔介意俾位佢同全力support，even佢啲嘢仲好賣過我哋嗰啲😅。而佢最後硬係塞commission俾我，文化嘅嘢，我唯有收咗佢再轉去第二啲人身上。

結果我都夾硬整一隻棋俾佢，將收到嘅錢撥落去呢個「人人有棋捉」嘅支持烏克蘭小朋友及動物項目上面。今日將會交隻棋俾佢。揀隻「膠」俾佢因為佢啲product係要用膠做，所以呢隻棋非佢莫屬。

I finally get the photo of the 3rd building (image 1) we painted in Dessau some years ago. In this case I only painted the top box. I didn’t know it was so close with the first building (image 2) I painted with my mate Erik there, that time I painted left and he painted the right boxes. All together I painted in 5 projects in Dessau and we just finished the 5th building (last 4 photos) together this year. It happens almost once a year and becomes our “tradition”.

The 2nd building (image 3) was started by Marco and I think Stephen and maybe Malte also came and helped later? The 4th project I painted with Mocx and his son Mikka and also later with Denis and Erik again. And perhaps Marsel also joined?! Really mixed memories as there were always new faces or people like me joined the projects.

But time flies, I think I have been painting for the Graco for exactly 10 years. Thanks for the trust and opportunities that give me chances to visit many cities in Germany that I swear I won’t go if not becoz of the painting jobs 😂 which really makes my stay here much more interesting. Thank you boss.

3 of the buildings were done only by 2 of us. And I’m happy we managed to bring a few pictures to the residents in Dessau that they also liked them.

Tried to “write music” 音樂 in Chinese for a younger writer / colleague. It was not easy to composite the two words with nice flow and stokes as one has a lot more strokes.

Nevertheless here they are. I tried to write “rose” again after 8 years. I still like the last version but the new one feels right too.

16 years ago today we met and we fell in love at the first sight. Later we found out probably we have met already the year before. That year I had my artist residency in Bielefeld, I went three times to Berlin. One of those time we met without noticing each. Next time we met for real, and I felt like I found my Mr.Friendly since I was 10.

There were many coincidences, felt like
sometime, something is meant to happen, and that’s called faith.

16 years is not a short journey, there were many difficult moments and decisions to make, for the both of us. Somehow, we are still next to each side by side.

I do this “”snail” series artwork every two years and give them as a anniversary gifts to my boyfriend who is now my husband. I did at the year 0, 2, 4, 6, 15, and now 16 😝.

Nobody is prefect, as we all are.

May us like the snails on the hand-print, that we can enjoy our moments without the need of words, that we could be synchronized and connected with our minds without much communication.

See, it’s not easy to please a woman 🤣
Or it’s just me, ha! Thank you my love for always trying, me too :p

Last night at -4 degrees. I decided to go out again after our movie night. We saw it already before the movie but I didn’t take good photos so I went down again. Luckily this time there was even more to capture!

Catching aurora lights is so addictive! Another hobby that would keep you outside in cold for you don’t know how long lol But when you got it, it’s all worth~

Video was repeated 5 times.

Was looking for this video, almost lost it. Thanks @domsfz from @ratscave_sfz for hooking me up with the painting job back then in 2022. It was in the middle of Covid pandemic, everything was so abstract…

第一次/唔係好想用projector做commercial job嘅我，覺得用projector係cheating。但由於時關嘅間係，我第二日另一個展覽開幕，唯有逼住用一次。但其實都只係out咗個line因應大細同定位，其餘都係直畫。

每次接job都諗起我第一個Freelance畫嘢job有friend叫幫手去LCX畫（連畫幾日）而skip堂，仲要skip咗吒咤學壇我最喜愛多媒體創意設計男tutor @jacksonchoi 啲After Effects 堂，後悔到而家。🤣

These Northern Light photos were taken in March in Iceland. The trip was incredible and I’m so glad we finally made it @siriusmo. 🤍♥️

After this trip, Iceland 🇮🇸 has definitely become my favorite country. The nature is amazing there. One post is not enough to show how beautiful it is. 😍🥰😇🫶🏻

Was in Budapest the first time this year, the purpose of this trip was to go there to support my friend Loretta @lau.loretta and her solo exhibition. When I saw some pictures of the show and listened to the stories about it, I knew she must have put lots of efforts in it. Thus I told myself if I could make it I have to go there and check it out. When I was there and see all the works, had a special audio guide from the artist directly, I am very proud of you gal. 😘☀️

I didn’t take many photos in this trip, was there quite short. One day I had only 2 hours sleep but got up at 6am, in order to help my artist friend uninstall her works, I am very glad we pushed ourselves to be there on time at 7am :D Yeah~

We were 6 together for this little road trip. It was the first time for me to join the others crossing countries by car together as well. Nice and surprising experience that we could get to know each other more 🤪 Plus we were ice-skating together! The improvised performance by the roaring bear Karol was impressive. Love the mid-night chatting with my roommate Phoebe till 3am. Thanks Sunny for driving, what a 廿四孝老公and a funny couple you two crazy love birds. I’m very happy for you two~ 🫶🏻👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

On top, the trip started with an amazing sunrise in Berlin and when I came back, I had to stop and jump out of the Sbahn just to capture the sun set in my 2nd home town. Looks like I didn’t take much photos about it except when I came here at the beginning as a tourist in 2007-2010.

Speechless. When we eventually reached Hallstatt, this terrific valley was filled with tourists including us. And we went there off season, can’t imagine how full it might be during the peak time. Luckily everything there is still pretty clean.

To catch the sunset and sunrise, while everyone was asleep, I sneaked out for taking some photos, felt a bit creepy tho.

The weather was fast changing there. We experienced sunny, snowy, rainy, cloudy, foggy weather, photos at the end were taken during the rainy weather, felt like end of the world when I saw how fast the cloud shifted its shape.

So this was the place we accidentally got stuck there. We thought we would just be there for the bus connection. We ended up did a long pause, had lunch, shifted our schedule and waited for the next bus again and again. It was stunning! We didn’t ski tho, still haven’t tried this in my life. Maybe one day…

最後尾嗰張相係我哋入Hallstatt之前再要轉一轉車，想像吓響高速公路有個迴旋處停站，所有車響嗰度轉，但方圓十里都冇人，得個湖，然後我為咗影相，一落車衝咗去睇，車都唔轉，下一班要等一個鐘。就係咁，我搞到我哋食咗1個鐘西北風🙃🤣😅🤪。
