Living my best life! Had a great time running my first team sniper match. It was physically and mentally challenging, something the normal matches I shoot can't match. Teamed up with @chip9923 and we definitely walked away with good lessons and good memories.

Have to give a huge shout-out to @sniper_team_series for putting on an incredible match and allowing regular guys to mix it up with the big dawgs! It tested my limits and I know where to make improvements for next time. Will definitely be going back next year! taken in Ben Franklin Range by @crazyeasybartender

Blessed to have gotten this listing across the finish line!

We received multiple offers above list price, went under contract within a week of being active on the market, and went to settlement and closed in less than a month.

This took careful planning, studying the market, and positioning the property to move quickly.

It was great the seller trusted me to guide them through this journey, and I'm very thankful that our hard work together got us the results they wanted!

I'd love to help you navigate your real estate journey with my kind heart and expertise. I'm here to answer any questions you may have, so don't hesitate to reach out! taken in Keller Williams Realty Centre Columbia by @crazyeasybartender

I wanted to finally get a fixed blade that was capable of a lot of things. Really blessed to grab the @watchesofespionage Mosebey 2.0. Very cool story behind the name of the knife. Guy is a legend in the CIA. by @crazyeasybartender

Thankful to qualify for the @masondixonprecisionrifleseries Finale with this match finish. Made some changes on the rifle, so spotting misses is easier now. Had some data issues, but was able to correct and overcome. Happy that I had an over 50% impact rate. Gotta keep practicing! by @crazyeasybartender

Under contract in less than a week!! Price price price!! Making sure your home is properly positioned in the market is what sets you up for success when trying to sell your home. It gets people in the door to see the property, and can lead to multiple offers.

I'd love to be an asset to anyone who has questions. Feel free to reach out to me! by @crazyeasybartender

Wanted to give a "military inspired" build a try. The gents at @craddockprecision really knocked it out of the park with their 15.1 Modern Recce Barrel, which allows the @aesuppressors AEM5 to sit damn near right up to the handguard. This build is based on the Naval Special Warfare Development Group Recce Rifle, that predates the Mk12 program. by @crazyeasybartender

Your Weekend Guide to Highlandtown, Baltimore!

Start your morning with coffee from @reveriebmore for a laid back vibe. Make sure to check out the book section as well.

For food, check out the Chicken Flautas from Taqueria Vargas.

Then cool off with one of the best staples in Baltimore- @bmorelicks .

If you know, you know.

Between the meals, local shops, Patterson Park, and neighborhood energy, Highlandtown feels like the kind of place that reminds you what makes Baltimore special.

This neighborhood has culture, community, and personality you cannot fake.

Another match, another set of lessons learned. It's the tough days that help me understand what I need to work on.

Had a great time shooting with awesome people like @be_belligerent @triumph0886 @instakev3g @kelskels._ .

Big thanks to @geissele for putting on such a great match as always!

Walked away with a good prize though from @mdttac21. Excited to get a Ckye Pod Gen 3 to put on my bolt gun setup.

Thanks to @luv.war_ for these fantastic photos! taken in Geissele Gas Gun Series by @crazyeasybartender
