10/15/26 Crazy Gringo BBQ (Shared with Kings Brewing) Upland CA…Came here for the first time! Wow, was I surprised! I was greeted by Jen at the front who was very nice. She explained the process very well that I could go sit down with the menu and then come back up and order when I was ready. On the way to my seat I noticed this place was very clean. I looked over the menu and went back up and made my order. I got the sampler trio tacos... which comes with burnt ends, brisket, and pulled pork. I also got the green chili mac & cheese. And for dessert, I ordered the banana cream pudding with Biscoff cookies on top. Let me tell you, if you haven’t been here yet, you need to get down here and try these barbecue items. All three meats in the tacos were so good! The mac & cheese was extraordinary, great cheese flavor! The banana pudding was a great final touch and yummy! Jon the owner came over and spoke with me and he’s such a cool dude! I definitely highly recommend this place and will try to come back with my daughter as soon as I can to try other items!!! #crazygringo #crazygringobbq #crazy #bbq by @crazygringobbq

Three guys. Three dreamers. A whole lot of crazy stories about what it takes to chase a dream. πŸ₯ƒπŸ”₯ A couple weeks back, I had the opportunity to hear about the beginnings of Garrison Brothers and what it took to turn a crazy idea into something special. One thing that really stuck with me is knowing we're not alone. We're not the only ones chasing dreams that other people think are crazy, taking risks, making sacrifices, and doing whatever it takes to make those dreams a reality. I know Joey has plenty of those same stories, and I can't thank him enough for having Crazy Gringo BBQ cater the Garrison Brothers special release and whiskey tasting at Barcuso. Standing there, watching people enjoy some incredible whiskey and our BBQ, surrounded by people who share that same passion and drive, really meant the world to me. Building something from nothing isn't easy. There are long days, sleepless nights, setbacks, and plenty of moments when you question what the hell you're doing. But then you have moments like this that remind you exactly why you started. I'm going to keep chasing this crazy dream of mine. Because every experience like this makes me believe a little more that I'm right where I'm supposed to be. Thank you to everyone who's been part of this journey. We're just getting started! 🀘πŸ”₯ #CrazyGringoBBQ #GarrisonBrothers #Barcuso #ChasingDreams #BBQAndBourbon taken in Upland, California by @crazygringobbq
