Over the last few years, I have gradually been in denial and let myself get into such horrible shape. I was very unhappy (mentally and physically) with what I had become. In late December, I finally decided that I had had enough and would start the process of getting in shape at the start of the New Year. So on January 1, I became very dedicated in changing the way I eat and consistently going to the gym although I had many struggles especially in the month of January! Today I hit one of my milestone goals when this all started and I have now lost 50 pounds since Jan 1. Still have many more goals to hit. But cheers to getting healthy now and for the future and to the difference this has made in the happiness inside! taken in Estill Springs, Tennessee by @crazygrover
